If I could give zero Stars I would. As a first time patron of Havana Heights I placed an order online a day in advance for Mother's Day dinner delivery 4:30p. I noticed as time went by the delivery kept saying it was finishing up and getting ready for my UberEats driver. 7 drivers later no one is able to get my food and the order keeps restarting. I further called the restaurant 10x just to be hung up on or given a different story each time about an hour delay, no manager being on site and then finally the restaurant cancelling my order after waiting over 2hrs on MOTHER'S Day! My mom has cancer and can't dine out and the literal disrespect, lack of professionalism, and no customer service no how - is mind blowing. I'm disappointed in this as I was treated as a second rate patron and I'm sure my order was just being given to those on site. If you can't deliver on the basis requests of customers, don't offer delivery!!! Please for anyone reading, the food might be good (I wouldn't know) but the staff, service, and way they treat people is awful. Here I am left on Mother's Day with no dinner and my poor mother hungry and stressed on the verge of tears. I even sent an email to the restaurant and was just told they can't deliver!?! No - hey apologies we'll fulfil your order in 30m, it was just, you've been cancelled! Clearly they don't care about repeat business, congratulations on a busy day, just know as a local resident to the neighborhood who dines out often with friends, your establishment will not be on our list to visit or recommend.
Do not place an order for delivery with them (UberEats) or others, fair warning, you'll just be disappointed....
Read moreThis restaurant is a disgrace, and the way they treat their clients is disrespectful and very, very unprofessional. It was unbelievable what happened to me when I ordered from this restaurant. 40 minutes after I placed the order, someone from the restaurant called me to tell me that they did not have the food that they were offering. then, when I told them that lt was disrespectful to call me 4p monutes later to tell me that they didn't have the food, the guy that called me told me that I needed to cancel the order brcause they weren't going to work for free; when I told them that they needed to cancel the order by their own, the guy hung up on me. when my girlfriend called them, they yelled at her and were even capable to tell her that why they should needed to be makiing chicken that late, that if we wanted something else we must had to order other food because they were going to cancel the order. How is it possible that they hung up on me and when my wife called back the machista ralsed his voice to her and treated her as she didn't know what she was talking about. However, that wasn't all, in order for me not to cancel the order they send a delivery guy, so I couldn't cancel the order from my side; off course the delivery guy never arrived.
Este sitio es una desgracia, con un servicio al clientr irrespetuoso y poco profesional, si así es como tratan a sus clientes por teléfono, ya me imagino como tratan sus clientes (en especial las mujeres) en...
Read moreI've ordered from this resturant a few times. They're food is tasty and the portions are generous. However, my most recent experience was unpleasant. I ordered delivery and there was a $20 pepper steak dish missing from my bag, so I called the resturant. Their offer was for me to walk/drive over to the resturant and pick up the missing dish myself, because in their point of view, "the delivery person probably lost it", so what can they do. I told them I don't have the time that day, but can come by the next day.
The next day, I called ahead 45 minutes beforehand, and when I arrived there, the peppersteak wasn't ready. They actually did not even start cooking my dish. The manager or whomever gave me the excuse it was because he did not want the food to spoil (delivery can take up to an hour, so I really don't believe that excuse at all). As I did not have another 20 minutes to waste standing there, I left and took the loss. Everyone was well-mannered, but the experience as a whole was rather...
