They are playing with your food at this location. If I could give a 0 star review I would. Used to order from here and things were fine up until in recent weeks they started serving wings that were NOT boneless wing street wings. They served me some stale none sense they got from the dollar store and had the audacity to call it “buffalo” boneless wings. When confronted about it the manager lady refused to give a refund she had a terrible attitude, was making sarcastic jokes. She kept walking away mid conversation. She insisted on remaking the wings. She not only brings me the wrong flavor of wings but this time she brings out the authentic wing street wings which had a much brighter color. The difference was night and day. When I asked “Why she didn’t serve this the first time?” She lied and said it was the same thing. I mean look at the picture does this look anything like wing street buffalo boneless? I wasn’t gonna wait another 15 minutes for some wings my pizza was cold cause she left the box just sitting open on the counter for over half an hour and she kept walking away from me to avoid accountability making this encounter last over 45 minutes. I just wanted my money back. The woman kept making jokes and being childish instead of giving me a refund. It wasn’t until I contacted corporate that I got my money back. My partner and I had a VERY bad experience at this particular Pizza Hut during two separate visits. The first time my partner stood for more than ten minutes in the store calling on the attention of the workers who vividly noticed him but decided to ignore him. This was during the evening. He walked out of the store (without buying anything) because he got offended by the lack of response from the team on duty that preferred to stand in a circle and have private conversations instead of attending to him.

What happened today was ( Abel) who was part of the “mean team” from the first day attended to us but instead of receiving a pizza worth our money our pizza’s pepperoni was burned and ashy! This is unacceptable because the store was not even full and we waited for 15 minutes to get our pizza only for it to come out burned, tasteless and no napkins were provided.

This pizza hut is terrible. I ordered my food to be delivered. I received it and half of it was burnt. The first time I called, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes and then disconnected. 2nd & 3rd time I called, they picked up the phone & hung up. There was no greeting of any kind. 4th time, I was placed on hold for over 7 minutes after explaining the issue and then disconnected. My next 2 calls went to the call center and they were not helpful because they are connecting you to the same number you are calling. It becomes a repetitive cycle. 7th, 8th & 9th calls were picked up and then hung up with no greeting. This last call, I waited over 10 minutes with no conversation. My issue was never resolved. If i could give negative stars, i would. They are awful. We need another choice in this area of a pizza hut that will prepare food properly and treat customers better.
