Coco's Vision Family Center/GVS — Local services in New York

NO BODIES BEAT COCO’S... I have been a customer of Coco's Vision for the last 5 or more years or so. I have always had a great experience with them. From the doctor, to the owner, and the sales people. The owner has created a very good relationship with me and has given me all options has fixed my other frames which I always get crooked numerous times without charge, and has recently made me a new pair ( I looked all over and could not find anything comparable for the same) I think he actually gave me the frames to me for free, . Overall the best place. I got these last frames in less than 3 days as well. The owner is always there if you have any question or issue, even explains to you all the science behind optics. The doctor is very nice man. Very kind and professional. Sadly thats the only good thing I have to say about this place. Watch out for that short young girl they got working in the front. She will try to upsell you things you don't need relentlessly. Which I understand at the end of the day because a business is a business but she had the nerve to give me an attitude when I didn't fall for it. The audacity! They also made me wait way longer than expected to get my glasses. Which again I understand stuff happens. But when I call you to ask where my glasses are don't put me on hold for half an hour and hang up on me. I’ll let you guess who was answering the phone. I called multiple times and kept getting put on hold. I had to get my girlfriend to call. What a coincidence that she wasn't put on hold. Thats so crazy. Super shady people that only care about...

Disappointed with Service - Unable to Purchase Needed Item

I recently visited Coco’s vision with the intention of purchasing specific eyes glasses frame , but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite the item being listed as available when I went to the place , I was informed next time I went they couldn’t sell it to me.

Additionally, the staff seemed unprepared to assist with alternative options or provide information on when I could get my frame. The lack of communication and readiness to help left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

I expected better service and clarity from Coco’s Vision. This experience has made me reconsider shopping here in the future. I hope improvements can be made to ensure customers can reliably find and purchase the...
