Very Bad experience. I went to dye my hair blonde I told them I wanted something subtle (I also showed them a photo I even told them the dye numbers) first they left my hair white and my hair weak and then to solve it they gave me another bleaching and I don't know what else but They finished killing my hair. They laughed and said I was pretty and everything is ok when I said it wasn't what I wanted. They hurt and burned my entire scalp and hair! I'm praying I don't go bald. I sent them a message and they never responded to me to take responsibility for what they did. I respectfully sent them a message hoping for a quick and good response and there was never a response. I had a truly amazing experience at the salon. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely attentive to all my needs. I decided to get a keratin treatment for my hair and I couldn't be happier with the results. But the real highlight of my visit was getting a lash lift with Barbie.
