The experience was a nightmare from beginning to end.

I was watching her work on my daughter, wondering how it's possible to be this bad at your job.

She was unable to either style or curl my daughter's curtain bangs. She burnt my ear. I had to do my own bangs as telling her I wanted them straight simply wasn't "registering". Not only was she unable to deliver anything that looked even remotely like the pictures we agreed to, but the hairdo looked like a kid's painting, where they just randomly brush in different colors across the page. Hair was pinned up in every direction, pins were showing. Crystal pins that I bought fell out within 30 minutes and the do itself was destroyed within hours of the party starting.

We would tell her to part the hair, she would forget. I would tell her to leave some hair out for curls, she would forget. Then she would pull them out, creating even more of a mess.

And for all this, she took over two hours to do my daughter's. Ultimately finishing almost two hours later than she was supposed to and caused me to be almost an hour late for my husband's 50th birthday.
