My recent experience as a customer at Staples left much to be desired, especially when it came to purchasing laptops. Despite being assured of new products, I received a used computer, which was a major inconvenience. When I reached out to Staples for assistance, they failed to take responsibility or provide a satisfactory resolution. Even after the manufacturer offered to help, Staples refused to provide the necessary documentation, leaving me unable to secure a warranty or exchange.

To make matters worse, Staples only offered a measly $100 coupon as compensation, which did little to address the problem. What's more, their inconsistent policies, particularly regarding international customer service, added to the frustration. Despite initially approving a refund, Staples later reversed the decision, citing arbitrary reasons like missing packaging.

Overall, my experience with Staples was disappointing, to say the least. I expected better service and accountability from such a reputable company. If you're considering purchasing electronics from Staples, I'd advise you to proceed with caution.

How hard is it to make a simple sign that says "PRINTING MACHINES DO NOT WORK WITH DOC FILES"???? Got to the machine, logged into my Google drive, go into the specific folder that has two DOC files I need to print. The screen says "please wait" with the turning ring going on and on and on. Meanwhile , my time is wasted. Finally a message comes up stating " the session is about to expire because of inactivity". Well is this really what the screen had me waiting for with this stupid turning ring on and on? Didn't I just choose that folder where my DOC files are, and wasn't I waiting to get into it???? Assumed there was some problem with connection. Tried another machine - SAME STUPID BEHAVIOUR! APPARENTLY AS I FOUND OUT LATER, THE STUPID MACHINES DOES NOT RECOGNIZE DOC FILES, AND MY TIME WAS WASTED THROUGH FRUSTRATION!!! PUT DAMN SIGNS SO PEOPLE UNDERSTAND WHAT TO EXPECT INSTEAD OF WASTING THEIR TIME! IDIOTS!...

I go to this location often. The staff is very patient and helpful. They are always willing to try their hardest to make sure your needs are met.

Unfortunately their print and copy machines often malfunction. Due to this issue, Ive seen alot of elderly people become very rude and short with the staff. Just to be clear, the staff didnt build nor do they work on the machines onsite. They can offer minor troubleshooting advice if the machines are giving you a rough time but they arent certified techs, so theres little more they can do. Keep in mind thats a corporate issue, not a personell or staff issue. Be kind to them, because they work really hard and are good people. 👍 Good selection of office related equipment. Good staff. Bad machines. 👎 Good location.
