Cristal Flower Shop — Local services in New York

I was greatly disappointed by the floral arrangement that was sent to a sick relative. The floral arrangement was nothing like I ordered from the website. I specifically asked if the recipient would receive the exact arrangement as posted on the website for the price indicated. I was assured she would. I selected this particular arrangement because it was distinctive, elegant, bright ,and beautiful. I saw the picture of the arrangement that was sent and was shocked. It was not the same arrangement nor did it have the same distinctive characteristics as the one selected. When I expressed my disappointment to the florist, her response was to take it back from the recipient and be reimbursed. This would have been devastating to the sick recipient. Of course I refused that option. The florist refuse to consider other reasonable options. I will never trust and use the service of this florist...

1 star and will NOT be ordering from Cristal Flower Shop again.

We just picked up the bouquet and we are very disappointed. For the price of $59.99 + tax, the flower arrangement and flowers are different from the website. Very disappointed.

My husband had to inform the florist to add roses, and the card had misspelled words.

Very unprofessional service.

We could’ve bought a bouquet from a flower stand for $20.

The reason why we ordered at Cristal Flower Shop was for the quality and arrangement.

Such an unfortunate experience.

I can’t stress enough how satisfied we were with Cristal Flower Shop. There was an untimely death in the family and after placing the order online, I called to see if they would substitute some of the flowers and customize the ribbon. Lynette immediately answered the phone and was extremely pleasant, sympathetic and helpful. She assured me that they would do their best to accommodate my request. And they did not disappoint – the arrangement was absolutely beautiful and perfect for the occasion! Thanks again for the outstanding...
