I cannot speak more highly about Jade and her staff at D2 Design. I have worked with a number of designers and contractors over the course of a number of home renovations and can say that she was unequivocally the best. She has a wonderful sense of design and practicality, is honest and does not oversell, very reliable with delivery and follow up and simply makes for a very fluid experience. Trust me that any renovation has its headaches but with Jade I had the benefit of her knowledge and experience and she made it a pleasure. We found Jade by chance when we were at the AD Design show and met with Plain and Fancy cabinet makers. They gave us her name and said she was one of their best. They were true to their word. As in any business there is staff turnover so we did work with a number of people in her office but all were professional and ultimately Jade was always on top of it all. The entire team at D2 Design & Works did an amazing job with my bathroom’s gut renovation! I had never done this before but they patiently walked me through the steps right from the start. From the first meetings with Justin and Ipek to talk about design choices - both the ones I knew I wanted and the ones they suggested would fit in - to the last day of thorough clean up, they were always so efficient, resourceful - and friendly! Alejandro, the Construction Manager and Angelo ,the Contractor checked in with me every day and paid attention to every detail, including the safety and cleanliness of the rest of my apartment. They communicated regularly with each other as well as with my building’s management which saved me a lot of time and worry. My husband and I LOVE D2 Design!

Our kitchen renovation involved having our countertops & backsplashes replaced, as well as a new sink & faucet.

D2 Design collaborated with the contractor and stone fabricator, so we did not have to search for separate people to make it all work. It’s one stop shopping. From our first conversation with Justin in the showroom, we felt well taken care of and were in expert hands.

We then worked mainly with designer Preston McMath. Preston is GREAT at coordinating all the various aspects of the project (contractor, stone fabricator, building management). He patiently answered every question we had and calmly and efficiently navigated us through the unexpected delays.

There are several designers at D2 Design, all terrific... but, we LOVE Preston!! ...
