Update. Still like the place. However, paper bags without handles after a purchase just doesn’t work for me. Please change it.

Loved the choices, the service and the prices. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because my Doberman and I inadvertently went to the wrong door and it was locked. There was an employee there that saw us as I tried to ask when they open or was I at the correct door. She looked up, saw us and completely ignored us. I can’t recommend Pet Story enough for your grooming needs!!! This is the second time I’ve used them to groom my 14 year old dog who’s blind and hard of hearing, and he was so calm and relaxed when I picked him up from his session yesterday; he left as if he had spent the day at a luxurious spa resort. He’s normally very anxious & stressed out when he leaves a grooming appointment. Their staff truly loves dogs, and goes the extra mile to ensure the dogs have a very pleasant experience. They also do amazing hair cuts; my pup has never looked so good! Pet Story and their staff are worth every penny!!! Amazing experience. I came in with my lab mix for her first haircut and booked a full haircut. They advised me when I came in that her coat shouldn’t be cut but rather deshedded and recommended a better, more inexpensive package. They could’ve easily lied to get more money but they were completely honest and know what they’re doing. My girl looks the best she ever has and I can tell she FEELS great. I’ll be coming back for every cut and grooming.
