Delgado Travel — Local services in New York

Unfortunately I have to give this company a low rate because of their customer service. Most of the young ladies there are fine but there is one particular girl that is working there today that seems to feel that she has the right to treat customers as if there beneath her.

My husband had an incident with her about two weeks ago with a doll he wanted to send to a little girl in Ecuador . It seems she did not agree with the way the doll was packaged and decided to treat my husband disrespectful. She called someone at the main office and was telling them lies about his behavior. She accused him of being a stalker and someone that had been there last week taking photos of the place. She went on in saying that he was disrespecting her. He video taped the incident and of course that upset her even further. I called the main office to give a formal complaint . I was told the supervisors were not there and I had to leave my complaint with the person that answered the phone. By the way, she already knew about the incident and was prejudging my phone call. I never received a call from anyone and I didn't want to bother with it but today we found out that the package was sent to the wrong city and it is two hours away from the little girl's home. My husband tried today to get it fixed but again the arrogant cashier was there , and dismissed him completely.

I am shocked that Delgado Travel would find this acceptable. Delgado Travel needs to understand that their employees are the face of the company and your clients , are the ones that maintain your company. Every client deserves to...

Horrible customer service and it also seems as if they are participating in some kind of scam because I assisted my boyfriend in sending some emergency money to Colombia, but the bank of Colombia never received this money and Delgado Travel keeps giving us the runaround when they should be taking responsibility. We paid extra money for an investigation to have our money returned or re-sent and there has still been no solution many days later. Customer service has been absolutely useless and we have wasted so much time trying to have this resolved. This location should be put under investigation because they appear to be doing something fraudulent. Today, I sent a package where I was attended by the lady with the last name Karcho, on several occasions I have sent shipments to this agency without any problems, said lady began to throw away all the things in my package, she broke 3 packages that I was sending and I asked her what was wrong, where she proceeded to yell at me "What's wrong with you, are you going to send it or not, that I don't have time, I told her why are you breaking my things and what's wrong with you, why are you yelling at me, that she is disrespectful, she tells me you are going to send it or you leave otherwise I will call the police, what's wrong with this woman, she is a danger, I filed a report with the police...
