Unfortunately I have to give this company a low rate because of their customer service. Most of the young ladies there are fine but there is one particular girl that is working there today that seems to feel that she has the right to treat customers as if there beneath her.
My husband had an incident with her about two weeks ago with a doll he wanted to send to a little girl in Ecuador . It seems she did not agree with the way the doll was packaged and decided to treat my husband disrespectful. She called someone at the main office and was telling them lies about his behavior. She accused him of being a stalker and someone that had been there last week taking photos of the place. She went on in saying that he was disrespecting her. He video taped the incident and of course that upset her even further. I called the main office to give a formal complaint . I was told the supervisors were not there and I had to leave my complaint with the person that answered the phone. By the way, she already knew about the incident and was prejudging my phone call. I never received a call from anyone and I didn't want to bother with it but today we found out that the package was sent to the wrong city and it is two hours away from the little girl's home. My husband tried today to get it fixed but again the arrogant cashier was there , and dismissed him completely.
