Diki Wonderland Childcare Center — Local services in New York

As a first time mom I struggled with the idea of leaving my baby with complete strangers. I visited multiple locations looking for the right place. As soon as I toured Diki Wonderland and saw how all the toddlers were upset I was taking Ms. Z’s attention from them because they wanted to play with her I knew I was in the right place. The toddlers genuinely love all their teachers.

Once my baby started daycare (in the infant class) and saw how she was treated I knew I had made the right decision. I saw an instant growth in her development being that she was one of the youngest in her class. This was also another concern of mine but Ms. Bista and her team always reassured me that my baby was perfectly fine and in good hands. The love and care they show my baby is priceless. Their goal is to make the parents feel as if they’re there without missing a beat. They send constant updates, pictures and videos throughout the day. They are very responsive whenever we message them using the app. Ms. Bista and her team are absolutely loving and caring with all babies. They give you feedback on your baby’s development and accommodate any special needs your little one may have. They do various activities to help their development such as fine motor skills, tummy time, reading, singing and more. It truly feels like one big happy family and I couldn’t be happier with...

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our choice of Diki Wonderland. Our baby has thrived there—napped better, eaten better & learned far more there than he would at home with us. The center is immaculate, & you simply won’t find a more caring staff than Ms. Bista & her co-teachers. They genuinely care about the children in their care, & consistently indulge us as parents by patiently listening to our questions & requests. It’s an understatement to say that our child has been doted on, & as a result that frees us up to focus on our day jobs without worrying.

The center is immaculate, organized and frequently cleaned. They use the Procare app, which unlike the app at our previous (big-name) daycare, allows messaging between parents & teachers. The teachers send SO MANY priceless photos & videos throughout the day, all with our baby grinning ear to ear.

Our baby starts dancing in our arms as we walk him up the ramp to drop him off at Diki Wonderland each morning. When we pick him up in the evening, he’s always happy (& exhausted). There is palpable love in the air at Diki--no exaggeration there. We’re deeply grateful to Ms. Bista & the teachers for their unrelenting effort & enthusiasm.

P.S.- For anyone who’s wondering, kids stay at this center till they're 24 months & then the Diki Daycare system has other VERY nearby locations where the go once...

I wish I could give Dikiwonderland six stars . My baby started here at 5 months and Diki allowed me to have a seamless transition back to working full time . I never had to worry when she was in their care. They constantly sent me pictures , videos and messages through the daycare app that made me feel so connected to my baby even though I couldn’t be with her . My baby also had chronic eczema on her face during this time that we came to realize after numerous doctor visits was food allergy related . The teachers were so supportive in helping us navigate this time . They were always putting her creams and washing her face in the way I had asked . Ms Carolina , Bista , Michelle, Ms Jessica and Ms Z were angels and I can’t express how grateful I was to find this little school that really truly felt like my village that I really needed at the time having no family in the area .
