11/30/22 UPDATE: Just saw the owner's response below. Which would be hilarious if it wasn't so disturbing. That's not at all the series of events that transpired, nor was the owner even present. I had been going to TLR since it opened (for about 10 years) and never had a problem with any staff there. One day, a new (and unhinged) worker, seemingly made it her mission to mess with me. I truly have no idea why, maybe she was having a bad day or just didn't like my face. She was constantly floating around me, yelling at me for things I was washing (my slippers, etc.), and even randomly started filming me with her personal phone. I barely said a word to her, it was incredibly bizarre. I didn't bring this up earlier, as I didn't feel I needed to explain myself, but clearly, the owner is trying save face by misinforming the public. Haven't been...

If I can give a review less than one star, I would. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying them out. The first question I ask was if they accept credit card and they told me yes but I would need to buy a money card first which was purchasable only by cash. Cool. After I purchased I asked ho can I reload now with a credit card and the whole answer flipped. I was told it’s cash only to which I said I’m paying by card. Then she said there is nothing to do and sorry. So naturally I asked for a refund because I have no use to the service and I was told no twice before being told no laundromat takes credit cards. I can understand why the neighborhood here has issues with this place and hope they can turn themselves around because there are other laundromats in this area with way better customer service...

I have been coming to this establishment for 4 years and have sadly seen its decline in recent months. The washing machines are no longer being periodically cleaned and there is so much mold in the doors and the soap compartments. It sometimes smells badly as if clothing soaked in urine is being washed in the machines. There also used to be a bench outside for extra seating to accommodate the number of people doing laundry but that’s gone now too. What a shame. It’s disappointing because it used to be a very clean and nice place and it’s so close to my house but I don’t think I can continue coming here. It feels gross. The people that work here are not the issue. They seem helpful and hardworking. I wonder if there is new management to blame. It definitely doesn’t feel like the same place it was...
