I’m writing in response to the reply I received after submitting a complaint about my experience at this salon. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. First, I want to make it clear that I absolutely did not “keep kicking” anyone during the service. If my feet happened to graze the technician under the extremely small desk, it was unintentional, and I’m sorry if it caused any discomfort. There was very little space to move, but I remained respectful throughout the appointment even when extremely unsatisfied. What I find truly unacceptable is the unprofessional and condescending tone of the response. The fact that a paying customer who respectfully left feedback is spoken to in this way says everything one needs to know about how this people run a business. To accuse me of having a “princess mentality” and implying I’m entitled is not only insulting, it is completely inappropriate and false. I paid $87 for the service, which was a price your business set (which I immediately paid even with a crooked job where I had to ask and indicate the extra paint to be removed for under my hands and my nails to match in shape). A tip, however, is OPTIONAL and meant to reflect quality of service. I didn’t tip more because my experience did not warrant it. Tips are not mandatory, and certainly not something you are owed or entitled simply for doing your job especially when that job was performed with a lack of courtesy, I work with tips too so I would know. Instead of expecting extra money while being rude, perhaps focus on developing professionalism and interpersonal skills, which is something I do every day in my own customer service role. The male technician was great and if I had had only a pedicure with him it would have been a different story. The last woman’s lack of professionalism is what I will remember. It is incredibly sad to see such a clean and well-designed space being wasted on individuals like this lady who lack basic maturity and professionalism. I left a complaint in good faith, hoping for a thoughtful resolution, and instead received a personal attack. That response speaks for itself.

I give this nail salon a 0 out of 5 stars!!! Look how ridiculous!! They let me leave with my nails like this. I specifically asked to get extensions on the four nails that broke with my previous French set. Then I asked to do a new FULL set in hot pink. They proceeded to add tips (not extensions) to the four broken nails then added the color (hot pink). Once that was completed they said okay we are done. I said what about the 6 other nails to finish the set? Knowing I had UV gel nails prior to my visit and while I was sitting down they then told me they couldn’t take off the UV gel. I asked them if they could shave the color down at least then put the hot pink on top to please try to solve the issue. They said they couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything. I am not a person to write a review let alone a bad one. But I am absolutely shocked and so upset. I mean just look at the pictures they let me leave with 6 nails grown out dull from my previous set and only did 4 nails. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Do NOT go here. Even the 4 nails they completed they did a horrible job. They left glue and powder under my nail.

I’ve been to this salon one other time and it was a good experience. I just went in today for their happy hour gel manicure for $35 and I confirmed with the lady at the front that they were still honoring this special today. When I was finished with my manicure, she told me it would be $37 and I told her it was $35 for happy hour and she kept saying no. This happened last time as well, where they will only honor the discount if you tell them about it and push for the price, which is ridiculous considering they have a board outside that advertises the $35 happy hour gel manicure. Then, I tipped the lady who did my nails the amount that I thought was appropriate based on how my nails looked, and she looked at me and said no you have more money than that in your wallet. She pulled out her calculator and told me that I need to give her at least a 20% tip. This was completely unprofessional and caught me off guard because I usually tip based on the service I received. She was rushing to finish my nails and didn’t even let the gel polish dry before adding the top coat so there are streaks on my nails. Based on this experience, I definitely won’t be returning because I felt so uncomfortable when she demanded a 20% tip from me for...

Extremely unprofessional. I booked an appointment for 4x mani pedis with clients. They did not have enough people to do all 4x of our appointments at the same time. Some of us had to wait more than 20 minutes for them to start their nails. We all finished at different, staggered times and had to wait for the others to be finished.

Our manicurists did not bring our belongings with us from the pedicure chairs to the manicure chairs and then to the driers. It was expected that we, with wet polish, would carry our own belongings.

I mentioned several times that we would be paying on one card. I should not have had to say it more than twice.

The cleanliness of the back room where we got our manicures was not good. A lot of dust and they did not put our hands on clean towels when doing our nails, we were on the counter top where everyone else’s hands have been. They were giving a man with a lot of body hair a chair massage with his shirt off very close to us. It was absolutely not sanitary.

I understand that they were busy, but we had an appointment. And the attitude and the way the staff was blatantly ignoring us was unacceptable. I will never be coming back here and do not recommend that anyone...
