At Diamond Advanced Aesthetics, I had the incredible privilege of being pampered and treated by some of the most knowledgeable, the most talented and the kindest licensed skincare experts within the industry.

I was first introduced to the beautiful Founder of Diamond Advanced Aesthetics, Julija, about a month before my procedure. She welcomed me with open arms and an open heart. She took her time in introducing me to her fabulous team, gave me a tour of the space, educated me on the different procedures available and showed me the cutting-edge technology used at DAA.

After my tour, a group of beautiful women and I, ranging from different cultural and religious backgrounds, skin tones, skin types and ages, had the privilege of receiving a unique and personalized treatment plan, which catered specifically to each individual person and their skincare needs.

Shortly afterwards, we were all scheduled for a HydraFacial, which I received just a week ago and I must say that this was one of the best experiences that I have had in an incredibly long time. I decided to bring my son along with me and we were graciously greeted by the beautiful front desk receptionist, Casey. She checked us in and offered me some water, coffee, tea and chocolate.

Shortly afterwards, Julija came out to greet us and spent some time showering my son with unconditional love. She also was kind enough to answer all of my questions, despite how busy she was. Not long after, I was called by the brilliant Anna, who briefly walked me through the HydraFacial treatment plan that she had curated specifically for me. Her amazing Medical Assistant, Alina, then started prepping me for my treatment. Alina was also very kind enough to tend to my son while Anna started my procedure, which lasted for about an hour.

In just a single session, I received a deep cleanse with a gentle peel to uncover a new layer of skin. This was then followed by Anna exfoliating my skin with a painless and gentle suction. This really helped remove all of the impurities from my pores. My exfoliation was then followed by a hydrating serum, which saturated my skin’s surface, leaving my skin feeling moisturized and nourished.

Not only was my HydraFacial treatment plan non-invasive, but it also left my skin feeling refreshingly smooth and hydrated. It enhanced my natural beauty and maximized my natural glow. My skin felt firm, as if the reset button had been pressed on it. My skin also felt clean, bright and I immediately noticed how my uneven texture had improved. In this single session, I felt heard, seen and valued by Julija’s entire team and for that, I am incredibly grateful towards each of them. My initial skincare experience at DAA was truly exceptional and I eagerly anticipate scheduling my next procedure...

I visited Diamond Advanced Aesthetics for a Botox treatment, which was administered by Julia, the owner. The procedure was done okay. I felt that her primary focus was more on sales rather than medical expertise. Julia quickly pushed me to consider a laser treatment, offering a 15% discount for upfront payment, which I accepted and scheduled for three weeks later.

Unfortunately, an emergency required me to travel abroad, and I called the office to inform them that I could not make the appointment. I also mentioned that this kind of procedure is not recommended during the summer months and kindly asked for a refund. The girl at the front desk told me that my payment could be held as a credit for an appointment in the fall.

I expressed my concerns, explaining that I was canceling three weeks in advance and did not wish to keep my funds with them since they are not a bank! The front desk staff kindly assured me that the manager would return my call and speak with me. However, nearly four weeks have passed without any follow-up from the manager or the owner, Julia!

I didn’t have a choice, and I had to call my bank to initiate a chargeback, which has now been under review for 13 days. As of today, I must wait an additional 35 days for a merchant response.

I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to Diamond Advanced Aesthetics to be extremely cautious, as my experience suggests they prioritize profit over customer care. I am going to escalate my concerns with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Department of Health.
