We got there around 10pm. The receptionist was really polite and pleasant. She explained the escape rooms available and for how many people they were designed for. She told us the prices and we chose the apocalyptic mission. For this room the escape time was 1 hour, she gave us instructions and we were locked. It took like 5 minutes to even figure out the starting point. She gave us about 4 clues and we escaped with 3 minutes left. It's so much fun trying to figure out all the puzzles and great was to learn team work because it's hard to to it all. I definitely recommend this adventure. It cost about $30 per person at least for our team of 5 for the apocalyptic mission but you can see the prices online. Loved it.

Everything felt homemade and DIY. Rooms are meh, but puzzles themselves are okay. Not too challenging though.

Our game master was attentive, but at the end it felt like we were rushed out of the room, maybe because he had to quickly tend to another ongoing escape room. We didn't have time to clarify or ask questions. We didn't get a proper "send off" when we wanted to ask about the other rooms. Basically not a lot of customer service.

Update: We had a better experience on their 5th floor than 6th floor. Their 5th floor seems to be their more official base/lobby. It might've been because we were the only customers at the time, but the workers that helped us on the 5th floor didn't rush us, asked us if we had any questions after completing the escape room, and was very patient with us when taking a photo for us.

Experience might be hit or miss depending on how busy it is when you visit, but the game masters we've had have all been attentive. It's cool that they have a 50% discount for future bookings (which is the most I've seen from any escape room venue) if you ask about it. They don't provide a voucher code or anything. They just keep your name in the system, and you have to call them to book your next escape room and use the discount (you don't book online). Wish they did provide some voucher code or send some email confirmation, but they don't, so you just have to keep track of it yourself and trust that they have your name in their system.

Overall review: Great service. Not a bad set of escape rooms, as long as expectations aren't very high. All of the escape rooms here feel homemade / low-budget. They're not polished and some props were finicky, but they were decent enough to do, especially when they give a 50% off discount for doing another escape room with them in the future. All rooms have a good combination of puzzles. They have simple, but intuitive storylines. Game masters have all been attentive and nice. We've only encountered one game master that rushed us out, but the rest were all patient and provided great service. Sometimes they can be understaffed. In those cases, we didn't get a proper "send off" with an opportunity to take a picture and ask questions.

If I were to choose only one or two escape rooms to do from here, I'd recommend The Perfect Crime and then Exodus. Those two rooms felt the most cohesive and had just the right amount of challenge.

From most to least favorite, I'd rank their rooms as the following, and I wouldn't recommend anything below Prey and Masquerade: Perfect Crime, Exodus, Prey, Masquerade , Nuclear Annihilation, Quarantine.

Even though Prey and Nuclear Annihilation are said to be their hardest rooms, they are only hard because they have more puzzles, but the puzzles aren't hard. Some can be not intuitive, but most of them seem like busy work and lazily designed. I think the combinations of puzzles in Perfect Crime and Exodus were the most cohesive and tied most closely with...

I am not a review person, but I was so disappointed in this place that I had to write one. I have been to a few escape rooms before and I went with a group of people that were first timers and I was very disappointed in this one. The only reason this one was chosen was because they claimed to have a scary room and one of my friends wanted to do something scary (Was not scary.) The guy that showed us in was nice and greeted us in a friendly way. I had a few problems with this place. The first was that there was a clue missing and we spent a lot of time searching for it and it was not there. The timer was not stopped and time was not added back. The person that made the reset on the room did not put the clue back, so I do not understand how we were penalized for this.

The second problem that I had was that we did not make it out and the room was not solved for us. At another escape room not far from this place, the first time we did it, we did not make it out and we were shown the end of our room. This is what made us want to revisit that escape room and try more of their rooms.

The third problem was that the room was very hot and only had one fan. This day was a very hot and humid day and many of us kept stopping to stand in front of the fan because the room was so warm. The front had air conditioning, but the room that we were in did not. One fan, no windows, you can imagine how hot this place was.

The final problem was that there was one lantern in the room for use (not bright at all) and we were only allowed to use one light from one of our phones. This meant that instead of roaming around the room looking for clues, we had to be huddled together when the lights got dimmer.

This is my first and last time at this place and I would not recommend it to friends or family. I did not...

I organized a team outing at 59:59 room escape. There were 16 of us and we played at two rooms, the Sherlock Holmes and the three pigs. Starting from the reservation process, the staff was very helpful in arranging the event and coordinating the time. He answered lots of my questions, recommended rooms and helped us to start two rooms at the same time (so we could have a competition!)

The rooms were super fun. You need to solve the problems step by step. The questions are challenging but fun. You won't be scared by the problems but they definitely stimulate exciting brainstorms. For every 15 minutes or so, there will be a hint shown on the screen so you won't stuck at one point forever. Teamwork was also very important in playing in the room successfully. We were lucky to have people in our team who are good at different skills.

At the end of the game (either when time is up or you manage to get out of the room), the clue master will walk you through every puzzle in the room and tell you the solution. It was fun to look back and checked how you did it.

Both rooms have very interesting designs. My favorite part was that the clues are somehow linked together, which will guide you toward the final solution. Also, some puzzles have multiple solutions. It was fun to see how the logics are interweaves together.

All of us thought that the room escape was one of the best events in our department. You got to work together with your friends/colleagues and have fun together. The best moment was when your team was out of the room while the other team was not! We will definitely be back for the...
