Midtown Loft & Terrace, The location is easy to get to, having many accessible train lines in the area. Once you get there you see that the area is spacious and has beautiful views, one being the Empire State building, which you could observe easily from the terrace. The terrace itself is surrounded with beautiful greenery, the flowers make you feel as if you were walking through a garden. The space inside is elegant, when you first walk into the loft you notice a blank space, which you are allowed to personalize and get creative with! This space would be great for any type of celebration; it gives you an upscale vibe without coming off as pretentious. I was able to attend a Gala that was hosted at the Midtown Loft, which was a formal event decorated with lights that illuminated the space and gave it a magical feeling. The evening included a terrace drinks reception, and an exquisite three-course dinner provided by Ayza Events & Catering. The exquisite scenic Midtown Loft & Terrace worked professionally with Ayza to make it an enjoyable night for everyone and made it memorable night for all! The staff were also top tier, they will go out of their way to make sure your event is running smoothly and is always around when you need something from them. Over all, this was an exquisite place; the space is beautiful and gives you the opportunity to be creative with it! I enjoyed my time there and would recommend the venue for any type of event!

We attended a wedding at the Midtown Loft & Terrace on New Years Eve. The bride & groom were a vision. The bohemian jewel tone scape was gorgeous. The locale is lauded for a fabulous view which was obstructed by the rain and the covering. To our dismay, the roof covering leaked before and during the ceremony. Guests on the groom’s side were left standing, as they had to remove some chairs. Others were left sitting in water while dressed in black tie. The water was left on the floors, which became slippery. The nature of the uneven wooden floors made navigating the venue even more difficult. The venue boasts Ivy arches and green-scapes throughout in the photos. We attended an event in winter, so we had some expectation the Ivy would go dormant. However, I was appalled to see dead foliage hanging from the planters. To make matter worse, a janitors garbage pail was brought out to the ceremony & cocktail room, when we requested a container to dispose of refuse. There were no rugs over any stone nor tile, we had to navigate the venue without safety mats. As if this was not enough, I glanced up from my table to see a manager put a bottle to her head in the kitchen while we were waiting to be served. My husband and I were served at 11:58 PM, there was still one more table to be served. The venue & service left a lot to be desired. The last photo is my empty plate with the time.

I recently attended an event at this incredible rooftop with the most beautiful view of the Empire State Building! The venue itself is beautifully designed with a modern, sleek aesthetic that complements the vibrant cityscape. The space is open and versatile, with plenty of comfortable seating and room to mingle, making it perfect for both casual gatherings and more formal events. It feels intimate yet spacious, and the flow of the layout is perfect for moving between different areas without feeling crowded. The staff at the event were fantastic—attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. They helped create a seamless experience for guests, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish. If you’re looking for an event venue that offers both luxury and iconic New York charm, this rooftop is it. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to leave their guests in awe!

I don’t know where to start. I’m still on a high from our dream wedding at the Midtown Loft and Terrace. They will truly hold a special place in our hearts. Until this day our guests still talk highly about what a wonderful space the ML&T truly is.

Here’s some background information about us. My husband and I are in our early 30s. I was raised in NY and considered myself a city girl and my husband grew up in South Jersey. We had our first date in the city overlooking the Empire State building so we knew we wanted to hold our wedding with that background in mind as well. My husband and I don’t make impulse decisions or rush into major decisions. Where to hold your wedding is a huge decision, so we exercised the upmost care. We must have visited 15 sites in N Y before visiting the Midtown Loft and Terrace. We were consistently disappointed after each visit prior to the ML&T. We would be toured by arrogant salespersons around spaces that were outdated and stuffy. That was not the case with ML&T.

From day one, upon our visit to the Midtown Loft and Terrace we fell in love with it and knew that is would be where we would like to plan our wedding. The space was clean, elegant, classy, modern, fresh, and had a breathtaking, priceless view of the Empire State Building. What provided more of a breath of fresh air was the wonderful staff we encountered and got to know: Amber, Nuri and especially Kadir and Bree were all more than accommodating and respectful than one can ask for. There wasn’t any request or suggestion that we made that was too small for them to consider. We’re so happy to have teamed up with them on the most important day of our lives. As an Architect and Interior Designer, I fell instantly in love with the loft and its potential, but as a nervous bride who wanted to feel a sense of relief, I believed in the staff who presented probably the best in customer service we have experienced in the wedding world. Thank you to ML&T for an unforgettable wedding in...

I had my wedding here on 12/31/2022. When I booked back in March I worked with one woman. One day I emailed her and she was no longer there. Communication was great with the venue but they have a preferred vendors list that lacks diversity. After booking and paying in full I was very excited about my special day. After arriving to the venue I was less than satisfied. Things that I asked to be removed were still in place and things that I requested were not in place. My guests weren’t able to sit properly due to their weather proof retractable roof leaking. Their drainage system for the rain was a joke. The rain literally drains right where the chairs are set up so some of my guests were standing and or had to move their chairs to avoid the water. Some guests were even mopping. When you spend almost $20k on a venue this is the last thing you want. Beautiful location on 5th avenue but not ideal. When I sent videos to the venue they offered me $500 compensation but only because they wanted one of my guests to delete his review about the leak. Not only is the wet floor a liability, the owner kept complaining to me that they haven’t had an event in 18 months and that these reviews can hurt business. Forgetting that a lot of my guests at my wedding were standing to avoid puddles at their “upscale” venue. I hired a decorator to set up, decorate & clean up. Instead of directing their attention to her they came to me. A bride who had a less than stellar experience with them, even though they had her information and could’ve taken up with her. Honest advice, save your money and use a different venue.

I also paid to have the space until 1:30 and by 12:45 they were telling my wedding coordinator to get...

Last week, we had our daughter’s Sweet 16 at Midtown Loft & Terrace. It was a phenomenal experience! We rented both the loft and terrace. Both venues were absolutely breathtaking. Although, the weather was not on our side that night, the accommodations of the staff made the event flow smoothly. Bridget, the Account Manager, was extremely understanding and sweet. She took time and care to create model templates for the gobo light patterns that incorporated my daughter’s name for the dancefloor! It was absolutely beautiful and the backdrop of one of my favorite pictures of the party. She was also extremely accessible. Her experience in the field was clear in the way she eloquently guided the process. Tarkan, one of the owners, was also very accommodating and sweet. Although the aforementioned people were wonderful, there is one person who stood out. Kadir, the Event Manager, was the backbone of the entire event. He made me feel as if I didn’t even have to lift a finger during the whole process! Whatever we wanted, whether that would be a change in the lighting, temperature, etc. (even before and during the party) he was on it. The first day we met him, he gave us his personal number so we were able to reach him with any questions; if that is not dedication and passion to his work, I don’t know what is. He was always accessible, through text in the months and days leading up to the event. I cannot express in words my gratitude towards Kadir and would recommend Midtown Loft & Terrace, solely based on his performance. I was truly astounded by the hard work and dedication of Midtown Loft & Terrace, especially of Kadir. Thank you Midtown Loft & Terrace for making my daughter’s Sweet 16 an...
