My experience with Estate Diamond Jewelry was great! Their website is highly informative and educational. It was extremely easy to find several amazing antique and vintage engagement rings. I looked at a number of other sites but found that I kept returning to Estate Diamond Jewelry. Their pictures and information were the best and their pricing was competitive. What I was most pleased with was the level of customer service once I contacted them. I emailed them over the holidays and got a response that they were closed but someone would get back to me after the holidays. Benjamin called me on Friday after the holidays even though they were not officially open until the following Monday. Over the course of the next few weeks, we stayed in contact via their website, emails, and over the phone. His response was always quick and courteous. Once I had chosen my fiancée’s ring, Benjamin assured me that it could be resized to my requirements and that it would look perfect. He let me know that it would ship the following week. The next week Benjamin called to tell me the ring was ready, and it would ship overnight that day. I ask him if he could take pictures of the ring “on hand” with a few examples of wedding bands that would go well with the 1900 engagement ring. To my amazement he sent me three pictures and still got the ring shipped out to the same day! I even had him change my ship to address to my work since no one was going to be home. I would highly recommend Estate Diamond Jewelry. I was very hesitant to make such an expensive purchase online. But...there was a vintage diamond and ruby ring that I had seen on their website and I couldn't get my mind off of it. I did my research on the company and read reviews so decided to bite the bullet and purchase it. They were so awesome to deal with, they had to size my ring but still got it to me so quick! Their communication was great, they messaged me on every step. The packaging was even beautiful that it came in.
