Appointment took place more than 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I spoke with the doctor who explained skin tags were not covered. I explained that they are under my insurance as I have had them removed before where my insurance company spoke with the front desk of the group I went to in 2016 so they had the correct code. Doctor Kim proceeds to tell me that mis- coding is fraudulent and they don’t do that. I took offense as I clearly stated the INSURANCE COMPANY SPOKE WITH THE MEDICAL GROUP. She attempted to retract any miscommunication but it was totally not mis-communicated and was only revisited after I addressed it. The two stars are only because the staff was nice and the...

I have had some terrible experiences with experiences with dermatologists. Which led me to not see on in quite a few years. I never felt heard or given the right tools for my condition. Dr.Kim was kind and let me explain all of my concerns and gave me all the tools I needed to try battling my HS again. It made me excited to see her again with a better update! Thank...

My appointment with Dr. Kim was for a second opinion. She was nice and told me to keep a diary of flare ups. She prescribed a new medication. Now I have to see if that helps. She confirmed that my primary dermatologist had done all the right steps but diagnosis isn’t...
