Appointment took place more than 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I spoke with the doctor who explained skin tags were not covered. I explained that they are under my insurance as I have had them removed before where my insurance company spoke with the front desk of the group I went to in 2016 so they had the correct code. Doctor Kim proceeds to tell me that mis- coding is fraudulent and they don’t do that. I took offense as I clearly stated the INSURANCE COMPANY SPOKE WITH THE MEDICAL GROUP.
