I spoke to the guy over the phone and he gave me the price. I agreed on the price without bargaining. When I came to location he started working with the glass cleaner. A second guy came, they spoke to each other in Spanish. Then next thing is they asked for $20 more saying the two small front windows were not included in the price we agreed on.
