Fraud. Fraud. Fraud. Watch out for these guys. They charge your insurance for things they didn't really fix all while messing up things that were never broken. So here's the story. I got into an accident in New Jersey, a truck dropped rebar on the turnpike and damaged a bunch of cars. Our gas tank was slit in 3 places, we were leaking fuel everywhere. Luckily all this happened right by an exit on the highway and we were able to drive to the nearest gas station. We spent all night with the fire department waiting for our gas tank to empty so the vehicle can be cleared for towing. The tow truck we were finally able to get took us to this shop. This shop owner charged our insurance about 6,600 dollars plus our tow that we paid out of pocket (so he got that too) we were unable to get reimbursed for our tow. Honestly we don't know what he really fixed or not. When we got the car back we knew something was wrong from the beginning, my car didn't run the same we had multiple dashboard lights on in the car. We brang it back to him 3 times where all he did was clear the dashboard lights with the computer cause 1 or 2 days later they would all just come back on. We finally took it to our mechanic when the car shut off & wouldn't start. Our mechanic discovered that the replaced gas tank (which was from the junk yard by the way. Although he charged my insurance for a factory gas tank) was crushed due to it being forced in with a hammer, it was forced in so much that it crushed the fuel tank. The hoses that come with the tank were never connected to anything (which goes to show you the level of carelessness). We gave this guy multiple attempts to make it right, we asked for money back for the work that our mechanic had to do, our car still needs more work, this guy wants the gas tank back so that he can get money back from the junk yard for a defective tank that his guys obviously damaged by the way. That was his response. DO NOT GO HERE try any other shop fix it yourself with YouTube videos even, you'll be better off. Trust me you have...
Read moreImen was my "family mechanic" for decades. I am sad to learn he cannot be trusted. My bank tried to warn me that he has been labeled a fraud, and I would not believe them. I was wrong. He has taken my money, and instead of replacing my car's engine, tried to replace the head gasket. He still owes me $885 and it has been 4 months since he promised to pay it. Don't go here. Don't let him do this to you. I am just devastated. I have Parkinson's Disease, and this is what he thinks is ok to do to me. He did not ask me if I would prefer to replace the head gasket. Just did it. He also had one of his guys deliver my car to me. And the guy damaged my breaks! At least he was honest enough to fix that. I hope he did. I ended up spending 3 months to get my car back. And now I have frozen shoulder and can barely drive. You should be ashamed of yourself Imen. Don't bring your car here because this man's word is USELESS. I am disabled and cannot work, and he has stolen money from me. He kept promising to return it and even returned half of it. And now simply does...
Read moreMan this was probably the best experience i’ve ever had with a mechanic/body shop. Other shops are always trying to milk you for your money, but not Imen, He was extremely helpful every step of the way and was punctual throughout the entire process, the workers and owner were both respectful and efficient in their work and i’d recommend this place to anyone that asked me who to trust with my car!...
