I received a call from Jennifer offering to do the fitting free of charge as an apology for any misunderstanding that occurred which I accepted and attended the fitting , they were helpful and did their best but i was to much of a chicken unfortunately that I couldn’t put the contacts on eyes and that’s something i take full responsibility for.

I couldn’t be more appreciative of the people i met at this office (Mathew , Jennifer , lea…) great people and great service and their honesty as a business is something worthy of appraisal.

I would definitely recommend them.

Honest review here , long but worth reading.!

!!!! Passed by this week to pick up contact lenses, was told it’s going to cost me 50$ dollars to be shown how to put them on as a first timer, which seemed to be too much and the advertised cost for the exam and the lenses supply was only 189. I chose to do it by myself which wasn’t comfortable and i still have to come back for the doctor to finalize the prescription it’s a hassle but it is what it is.

Ive had prescription glasses made in 24h overseas but never in the US , the fastest I’ve had them done in was a week or 5 business days in other terms

On Tuesday October 1st i met Mathew and Jennifer at this location , i came stressed due to the fact that i lost one of my lenses the previous day and had very mediocre vision , i chose a nice frame after looking for quite a minute , i wasn’t rushed nor pushed into buying , very friendly,welcoming and knowledgeable people, had all my questions answered, paid for my frame along with the prescription lenses and had my old frame fixed by them .

Prices are reasonable, the difference between the online prices of different brands and the prices at the store is minimal and understandable considering the convenience , they offer discounts all you gotta do is ask if possible.

The main thing here was the speed of execution, i received a call on Wednesday that my glasses were ready , ready in 24 hours no fees of any kind i was surprised and in disbelief as i was expecting them on Sunday.

I came to the store picked up both of my pairs , looked around for Mathew and asked him how ?? The man responded and i quote ( you said you were blind i rushed them , did overtime , picked up the glasses and here we are ) !! I couldn’t be more grateful honestly whatever the case may be .

Quality wise , i am very happy with my choice of frame and the quality of the glasses..!

The only bummer was the contact lenses i see it seems as a waste of money after all if I’m not going to be able to use them neither finalize the prescription as the go back and forth situation isn’t suitable.

Editing my review to include my experience with Leah, who helped me with my contact lens fitting. Truly EXCELLENT customer service - she made me feel right at home and was skilled in her ability to provide useful applicable guidance throughout the fitting. I genuinely enjoyed my time and her vibrant personality made the challenge of getting contacts in much easier. She was extremely patient and generous in her approach. Absolutely stellar people skills, 12/10 recommend!!

Fantastic experience with Jennifer, Shani, and Matthew. First time getting new glasses in about 5 years. They helped me pick my lenses and were incredibly empathetic towards my situation and worked to get my glasses in as soon as possible … the timing was impressive and the service was so sweet! Just passed by there this afternoon on a stroll with my mother and she actually needed a new pair of frames. Moving on from her old Tom Ford pair to a new YSL pair. As we entered we were greeted by the kind Jennifer who was so pleasant and patient with us. She sold us on these gorgeous YSL Black Kris Jenner large frames for my mom which is what I was suggesting to my mom for a long time. However, Jennifer did show us other options for mom to try on before making the final purchase. It was nice to be catered to in that way in the most traffic infused tourist area such as the WTC OCULUS. Being locals we care about that. We will for sure be coming back.
