Let me start by saying the store is very unique and has a lot of cool items. My one star rating is not a reflection of the quality of their merchandise or the uniqueness of their pieces. My one star rating is completely based on the unbelievable lack of anything remotely related to customer service. They are a small business that monitor their own social media. Therefore when someone comments on an item they post simply asking for the price or more information you would think out of common sense they would respond. Obviously I understand responding publicly may not be what they do… But you would assume they would private message you or respond publicly saying please contact them directly. Now after about a year and maybe five of these comments of mine requesting more information they block me on Instagram. Today I called the store… All I am going to say after speaking to the lady I spoke with today... I can only imagine the personality of the owner of this establishment. Simply exceptional experience! When my (now) husband wanted to propose, he went to Fernando at FD for a ring. Fernando found multiple options for a unique ring with a bit of history (just what I'd always wanted!), and ultimately helped Joe land upon the best choice.
