So I decided to keep going on a weekly/biweekly basis. I've modified my original post to reflect what is still the same. Here's the update:

The massage quality depends on time of day. If you going in the morning or early afternoon you can expect a short shoulder massage and high quality foot massage. At night you can tell they are concerned about the clock.

Issue: I have in my past few visits ignored the loud volume of noise that occurs by the people who work there while receiving a massage. During your service there is a high chance they will be on the phone speaking at full volume or speaking to anyone else not actively working. I started coming in with noise canceling headphones to drown out the noise.

This is why I'm not going back. I've had 10 visits since my original post. I always tip above and beyond. In one visit gave an additional $30 on a one hour foot massage.

Tonight my massage didn't have the normal mini shoulder massage and that's fine. I was very uncomfortable by the young man staring at me the entire time. I couldn't tell if he work there or was a guest. The noise tonight was strong enough to be louder than my headphones. It lasted more than half the time.

I was so uncomfortable during the massage I decided to add on a full body so I could relax in peace. To be clear the food massages are done in chairs out in the "open" and the full body have these spaces divided by curtains. It took me a few minutes before I poked my head of the first time that my "booth" was wide open and this young man was staring at me while I was getting the massage. Now instead of relaxing I'm thinking about him and anyone else walking by.

We get to the end and I make it clear it wasn't cool that no one asked if I was okay at someone staring at me for two hours.

It's time to pay and for the discomfort I went from what was going to be a $30 - $40 tip to $15. Now the man who I believe goes by Frank states the min is $10 and hour. Which is what I normally would give at bare minimum however I had to convince myself I wasn't apart of some massage class. I paid this new minimum but will not be visiting again.

Highlights -The place doesn't look shady like most spot in Flushing. They use high quality furniture and keep the place extremely clean. -Bonus their chair are big people friendly. The environment is not as nice (no music, the walls were cracking, massage chair wasn't as good) as some of the other ones i"ve been to but that's ok because the price is $38 instead of the standard (in flushing) $40. The reason for the poor rating is due to the Masseuse was very inexperienced. She was rubbing me (the strength was ok) instead of massaging the actual muscle/tissue. Cheap massage but they will harass you for a large tip, 50% minimum and cash only so be prepared. Place isn't the cleanest.. very outdated creaky beds. The linen on the bed was stained so I had to put something else down before laying down. Massage was very strong so I had to ask many times to lighten up.
