I went in to order (3/30/22)a bacon cheese burger with no fries. They said that it cost the same without. Okay ill take it. A frozen burger patty doesn't take 35 minutes to cook. After sitting there for 20 minutes I inquired about my burger. They said what did you order. Told me to wait 5 minutes. At this point I was frustrated and told them my order shouldn't be taking this long. The asked me if I wanted to exchange their hot food for the burger and then then told me they just want to get the order right 5 min more please. I get the burger. Go home and there's no bacon. I called bacsv3 gk and said I ordered bacon cheese burger. The lady said "no you order a cheeseburger". I hung up. Obviously I wasn't meant to have a bacon cheeseburger and waiting as long as I did shows customer service in the food industry has come a long way. Food is good. Pretty standard for Spanish food. But after been to this place for about 3 times, I realized that the staff does not like Chinese customers. The service staff was good the first time, but the second and third time, the attitude is quit cold. I order #16 which is on the wall with other pictures. No special order. Just like the picture. they charged me $27. I hesitated for one second, didn't say anything. The counter girl said "you want the chicken right" loudly. (Yes, if course I want the chicken, it's on the picture!) So $27 kinda expensive but I paid and gave $2 tips. I went to the restaurant another time and found that they have a printed menu on the counter so I took one and found that #16 is actually $18.95.
