This place is horrible. I've visited this place pre-covid once and had a nice foot massage. I visited this week and felt so disrespected by the racist receptionist in the front. I could not believe it. I am a respectful Latino business man that owns a very successful business in Queens. When I entered the spa, the receptionist looked at me with the most racist face ever, then did not even greet me. When I said hello 3 times to her, she looked up at me and said what can I help you with in the meaning tone. I asked for a body massage and she sucked her teeth. She looked at a woman sitting across from her and spoke to her in Chinese. Then she asked if I wanted a man or woman. I said woman. She said follow her. So I followed the woman downstairs.
Downstairs I was to remove my clothes and lie down. When the woman returned, I received an effortless massage that felt more like the woman was tired or inexperienced. So I requested to change the session from 90 minutes to only 1 hour. She didn't seem to care.
When the session was over and it was time to pay, I was explaining to the receptionist that the session was not very good. She just looked at me with yet another racist look. So when I was paying, she said I had to give the lady $25 for tip. I was shocked and refused. I said no way am I giving much in tip and the massage was not good. She had the nerves to say, no speak English to me. I could not believe that.
She is extremely rude and disrespectful and should be fired. I can see complaints about her are frequent and common here. She wears glasses and sits up front. I will not return here for sometime. Will rather spend money next door. They are friendly amd more professional.
I think most employees at this spa are nice except for the...
Read moreI've gone to this place for a few years now and never had an issue as I did today 1/30/21. I been here once since they were allowed to reopen during the pandemic and the experience was good just like prepandemic. I called before I arrived today and made an appointment for half hr foot massage only because the personal has changed and I didn't know who was good now. She tried to upsell but she told me $20. Upon arrival I noticed the usual nice lady at the reception desk wasn't there. This lady now had an attitude from the start. She acted like she never spoke to me on the phone and made an appointment and she gave me a different price than what she said on the phone. Then she asks for the money upfront. I have never seen any of these places do that and I have been to a few around Flushing. I assume it was the color of my skin and I was looking for the cheapest service. I took my money and walked out and she actually was telling me to leave. I don't know who this B..... was today they will no longer have my business. A lot of these places have closed due to financial reasons and there was only one customer when I arrived there so you would think they would want all the customers...
Read moreWent once. I learn message from sung wo chung (pusan, Korea) not every1 knows how to massage. Pressure points aren't supposed to be pressed so hard! Especially for older individuals and for those 1st time!(If u want to know what to look for hit me up.) Not every message works for every person u. Message is a progressive treatment for gradual healing. Being hard on the body and making some one yell in pain not meaning ur doing a good job. It might actually be wrong. I never in 5 years made anyone yell cause I was hurting them. Need to work at the customers comfort. Might go back only because he has some idea as to how to pin point target areas. This makes me wanna come out to retirement but if i do im charging free 1st visit only to get an idea of what wrong and what will work best for u. Then after that charge $60 3rd visit then after that $150 it's not easy and u lose chi when u massage cause u passing on chi to help persons healing. lol it's like I want to teach some one for they can Message me the right way lol any1 willing...
