I cannot recommend this studio highly enough, particularly for those currently pre or postnatal. I attended pre/postnatal classes (private and group) throughout pregnancy (up to 40 weeks), returning shortly after the birth of my son by c-section (once cleared for exercise by my OB). The instructors are very experienced, friendly yet professional, and confident in providing a challenging work-out tailored carefully to the pre or postnatal body, which really sets this studio (specifically the pre/postnatal class series) apart from the crowd. They offer many levels / options for each class, are encouraging, and challenge you as you grow. Everyone I've taken classes from has been so friendly and encouraging as I've worked through a back and ankle injury, I genuinely think I'll never go to another studio again.
