If I could give this place less than 1 stars I would happily do so. Customer service is none existent here. The cashiers wouldn’t even bother to make eye contact no less even greet you. In fact each cashier seems annoyed that they have to stop staring at their cell phones to check you out. Everyone else that works there are just standing around talking loudly and also staring at their phones. You would think you were in a T-Mobile store by how many employees are on their cell phones. But at least T-Mobile employees greet you and thank you for shopping at their store unlike this place. At first I thought it was just me but the people next to me were also commenting how rude and unfriendly the entire staff is at this place. Definitely not coming back anymore. Rather just order groceries from Amazon Fresh Direct and pay a little more but at least they are actually friendly and professional so worth the extra cost. Large, clean, well-organized, fully staffed supermarket. They have a great selection and wider variety of premium products than other stores in the area. That said, all their prices are very high (incl. generic brands), even higher than the local organic market nearby.

For ex, they charge $7.99 for Stok coffee, even though the going rate is ~ $6 to $6.99 at specialty shops nearby, and other stores (CVS) often have it on sale BOGO 50%.

That said, if you're looking for something you can't find elsewhere, like Bob's Red Mill coconut flour or Dave's Killer Bread raisin loaf, this is your spot! Their cold cuts are also pretty good as are their cheeses. Bring your own bags because their's are low quality non-woven ones at a steep mark-up ($1). For reference, Target's equivalent is .05 - .10 cents and more attractive.

PS - They accept OTC cards!

All in all, it's good for last minute purchases of quality...

Be careful what you buy from here as they do not store food properly. They keep charcuterie meat in a display in the produce section despite the packages stating "keep refrigerated". I pointed this out to them multiple times and they still keep it out. I bought the mini Junior's cheesecake from a refrigerator section and when I went to eat it, realized from the packaging it's supposed to be kept in the freezer. Packaging says to eat within 7 days of being defrosted so I called to tell them it was supposed to be frozen and to ask if they knew when it was defrosted but they had no idea, so there was no way to know if it was still...
