Pretty disappointing and rude customer service. The one guy in charge of the shop side doesn’t want to be there and does the bare minimum. Quite rude when you ask questions as well. I asked why the same ball was three times cheaper on Amazon and I was told “this is soccer post not Amazon” yea no shit? Would be nice to know the differences in quality of ball, design, etc. How many people know the difference between fifa quality pro, fifa quality, and fifa basic? You could have the same design ball but three different ranks of quality. How is the average joe supposed to know? Oh but it’s soccer post not Amazon. Why go to a brick and mortar store when no one wants to help you learn. Just buy on Amazon lol.

Great store layout, great selection of gear, and awesome staff. I stopped by to get a new pair of cleats and I had a great experience. Sebastian helped me throughout the process of selecting my new pair of cleats for the season, he was very knowledgeable of the new technologies and helped me to get the best fit possible. I was also astonished due to the fact that he allowed me to try the cleats on their field, which as far as I know, this is the only soccer store I've ever been to that understands how important it is to feel out the boots on a pitch. Mazin who works there is extremely polite, welcoming, knowledgeable, and was super patient and friendly with my brother and bought him every option in shoes to make sure he got what he likes. I’ve never had that experience shopping for shoes and he was very pleased, well done mazin for taking care of us! We used to order shoes online but will be back to the store for his guidance since soccer shoes all fit differently as he told us.
