Service was excellent Atmosphere on a Friday night was DOA, nobody here Now that I got the “Numero Uno Deep Dish Pizza”, I can see exactly why it’s dead here. The Pizza…… oh no. For $34.74 I got a 12 inch pie, which came out warm in the center, and piping hot on the edges, due to being transferred to a heated Deep Dish pan to give off the illusion of it being “fresh out the oven”. The filling isn’t even seasoned with salt, let alone anything at all. The only thing you taste in it is the meat and raw vegetables, which as a result of them being undercooked, caused the crust to become soggy at the bottom of the pie. An entire 1/3 of the “Depth” of this pan was filled by (I kid you not) a cooling rack. And at the bottom of the pan, you see the Water that steamed off of the undercooked vegetables and the canned roasted tomato that they topped this thing with in place of actual pizza sauce. The only thing about this pizza deserving of placing a single star on this review is the fact that the crust is the only thing in it that has any differentiating flavor in it, being that it’s buttery. TL;DR $34.74 for a 2/3 full deep dish pie that can hardly be considered a pizza, due to the lack of any Sauce at all. The tables on arrival were also sticky. If this were $15, I would say it’s worth picking this up in the freezer aisle of your local grocery store. (To explain why there are only 2 slices left, food is food, and I refuse to throw $30+ in the trash because the chef can’t get their act together, the owner needs to hire a new cook and fast before this branch dies out.)

Atmosphere= Hip. Lots of TVs, music playing. Makes me feel like im in Chicago. Drinks: Mine: Peach Mule - Delicious. Sugary. Bae: Sweet and Spicey ( like bae) margarita. Waiting for appetizer and make your own pasta entrees. They came together. Would have prefered the app came before the entree. I thought that was default. Do I have to ask now. A little overwhelming to eat both at the same time. Excelent food. The Buffalo chicken quesidilla was cheesey! Not a typical flour tortilla, but thicker, more like a smashed pita. I shared my rigatoni spinach mushroom roasted red pepper and grilled chicken. Pesto black olives tomatoes and meatballs. One of baes 2 meatballs was 25 percent overcooked and hard to chew and cut with a fork. Creamy pesto is very salty i can feel it on my tongue. Although that didnt stop me from finishing it! Portion size was filling with enough to take home. Service was very excellent! ... Criticism The table was sticky. Similarly how mentioned in another recent post. Plus for not rushing us. Yo mens bathroom is disgusting. Floor dirty and sticky by the urinal. Smells like a public bathroom. 3rd. The meal was a little pricey. Came out to just over 100 dollars with tax and tip. Wasnt expecting a budget meal but this is large franchise food that should be on the less expensive end for the overall quality of the experience. And clean your bathrooms and tables!

We took our D75 students from John F. Kennedy Jr. School (Maspeth site) to Uno’s Pizzeria in Astoria, and I just have to say—Albert and Alan were amazing from start to finish. They were so attentive to our kids and made the whole experience fun and smooth. The hands-on pizza-making was a hit! The kids loved being able to make their own pizzas, and Albert gave clear, step-by-step instructions that were easy to follow. He was playful and made the kids feel comfortable and confident the whole time. After the pizzas went into the oven, Albert gave us a full kitchen tour. He was super descriptive and clearly knew what he was talking about. He broke everything down in a way that made sense for the kids—explaining what things are used for and how everything works in the kitchen. It really brought the classroom lessons on kitchen safety to life. The kids were so into it, and honestly, so were we! I 100% recommend coming here with your class, your family, or your friends. Albert and Alan’s energy, patience, and work ethic were top-tier. We’ll definitely be back!

I used to love coming here because the staff was friendly and always gave me great service and the food used to taste good. They treated me like a friend because I was a regular customer. However, the service and the quality of food has gone down tremendously lately. First of all, the quality of the food has gone down. The food is not really anything to write home about. Some of their menu items makes cardboard taste delicious LOL It even tastes like it is processed and straight out of a microwave oven. It was mediocre at best. Secondly, and most importantly, the female bartender (forget her name) was rude to me. It looks like she was having a stressed out night but that does not give a reason to be rude to the customer. When I walked in and sat at the bar, not only she did not smile, she did not even acknowledge my presence. The bar was dirty and had a lot of dirty plates and glasses next to where i was sitting. It was obviously a total eyesore. When I politely asked her to please clear the dirty stuff, she told me with an attitude "move over there where its clean"! Also, I was waiting forever and I was really anxious to place my order because I had a movie to go to at the nearby movie theater which was starting soon, I waved her to come to me so I can place my order and I asked her how come she has not come to me, she is like "can't you see that I am busy and I am the only one here"! She did not even offer me a drink, not even water when I first came in which is the first thing a waiter or bartender must do. This bartender made me feel miserable and invisible the way she treated and ignored me! The only reason I keep coming back here is that I get coupons for savings all the time and I get a free meal coupon on my birthday. Another reason is their signature deep dish sundae but it will pack on the pounds...

Disgusting ..dirty..uninformed but polite waIt staff...switch & bait...bring a lawyer if you want a special... what's special about the special are there really aren't any specials if you want a good happy hour go to a local place not corporate food place we called in advance and they told us they weren't participating in the margarita special which we got emails about why are you sending us emails about this place if the one closest to us isn't participating in the deal you're emailing us about we paid a lot of money for everything we thought was on special but turned out it wasn't because of the fine print which really made it even worse because the bar was filled with dirty dishes and glasses which the bartender only moved closer to the bar and never fully removed didn't wipe down the bar until she was asked to didn't know how to make the drink that rework wested use something that wasn't on special to make the drink so it wasn't a happy hour special....appetiser special overcooked dried out wings...mayonaisy tasting guacamole....ketchupy tasting salsa with salty chips and Casaer salad with enormous croutons not enough lettuce or parm. Just plain yuckiness.we said this.." can we have napkins& Forks?" "can we have ice?" "can we have straws?" That was to the waitress not to the bartender .....the bartender couldn't even make the cocktail with we were requested and then...
