Foot Locker — Local services in New York

I give three star only cause the cleanest of the store overall I’m very much Disappointed I purchase a traveling bag that cost $49 but when I reach home I look at my receipt and it said $69 plus tax bring it to about $70 but the serial number on the Receipt does not match the serial# on the bag that I purchased. So I send my husband back to let them see they had made a mistake cause we was traveling back to Alt where we live. They couldn’t give us a discount off for they mistake instead they was very rude. Customer come first and with all respect I know if u wants customer to come again and feel Appreciated you will have at lease know how to talk to your customers. Been a customer of footlocker for many years never had a problem with any of the stores until I started going to this location I gave way to many chances to this location and this is the last one the associates have very nasty attitudes all needs to be retrained on proper customer service even the security who seems to label certain people instantly watch like a hawk like your going to steal or something everybody is not a thief I felt so uncomfortable shopping here I won't be returning to this location again until some changes with staffing is made anybody know the customer service number to report this please let me know until then I stick to the...

I’m usually too lazy to write reviews, but I had to this time because Rashawn, who was working at the store, was incredibly helpful. I found a pair of stylish pants I really liked, but the only size on the rack was too small. Rashawn went out of his way to check the stockroom multiple times, searching for the right size and color. After a few tries, he finally found the perfect match for me. I’m super happy with the pants, but even more so with the great customer service.
