SNIPES — Local services in New York

They suck. Shut the store down. Looked online saw this location had what I wanted came to NY specifically to get these sneakers from this store. Paid for a cab, get to the open store. I'm now inside the store looking around but I know what I came to get. I'm a woman and I wear kids sizes asked where the women's and kids shoes. The retail associate tells me they are upstairs that's it's men's downstairs where we are. I'm like ok then she tells me upstairs is closed today because they are short staffed and I can't go up to get what I need come back another day. That's crazy on a Thursday 5/1 to be exact around 5pm. How is this a business with hours and you go during their hours but only a quarter of the store is open. Service is bad, store is poorly ran. I'm definitely gonna look for a lawyer all the money I spent to get there for nothing. Isn't that false advertisement?? The team member YAZ was very rude and nasty when handling my concern over the phone. She told me my order was shipped somewhere else but has no clue where and then hung up the phone on me and I had someone else called and a guy told him my order got lost in UPS so now I’m confused. The store located on Fulton St and Nostrand Ave in Brooklyn, NY, has the worst staff ever. There were 4 people behind the register (only one was actually working), 2 people walking around eating pizza and at least 6 customers waiting to be helped.
