Tea Spot — Restaurant in New York

Nice little spot to grab and go. The pictures of the inside are deceiving. I thought it was more of a sit-in/cafe style. I wanted to grab a drink, snack, and do some work on my laptop. Unfortunately, when I asked about WiFi(after my purchase) I was informed they don’t have any.

My drink involved more chewing than drinking but I was trying something different (Mango Pomelo). Next time I’ll stick to a smoothie or traditional boba.

I orders two sandwiches (Tuna and crab) both with spicy mayo. The sandwiches are big but MOSTLY rice. I was disappointed. They only put a small layer of meat inside a huge rice ball. I’ve had Onigiri before at another establishment and there was a hefty serving of meat inside. For $4 a piece, I think a little more protein would be nice.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tea Spot, and I have to say, it was an absolutely great experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I noticed it was very clean and very comfortable to be in. The menu had so many great options, such as açaí bowls, bubble teas, and more. The best part is that they have yummy toppings and flavors, so I can see myself coming back to try something new every time. The quality of ingredients is amazing and it's clear that the team really cares about making the perfect cup of bubble tea.
