I’ve given this place numerous opportunities to prove they do not levy random, undisplayed up-charges on their customers, but they’ve let me down every time. Today, they decided omelettes are $1 extra after 11am, despite the signage indicating the fee only applies to breakfast sandwiches. In the past they’ve just blatantly mischarged me and, comically, doubled down when confronted about it. I’m not one to disparage a business, especially a high-volume deli, because mistakes happen. I went in to buy a drink and order some food then I asked if I can use the bathroom the cashier said go ask the deli guy , I then ask the deli guy and the man gave me an attitude and yeld “ don’t you see me here go ask the girl (cashier)” which I just did , then I go to the cashier and tell her what happened and says “ oh I don’t know , he has it , i don’t know “ while laughing. I ordered a Panini, according to the sign, the panini comes with a pickle and chips. I confirmed with the staff, but after I had paid, suddenly the staffer says “we ran out of chips”.
