A friend asked me to post this review to preserve their anonymity: Please avoid this place at all costs, they are dishonest and borderline fraudulent. The reception will lie to you and tell you that they manage ADHD without neuropsych testing, but then you get to actually set an appointment and speak with the nurse practitioner, and find out they do still require neuropsych testing (which of course most insurance won't cover). Additionally I asked to see a psychiatrist (aka a physician) and they scheduled me with a nurse practitioner, Rosario Fernandez. Arriving at my appointment they called her "the doctor" and she wore no badge stating otherwise, so I assumed she was a psychiatrist, but no, she's actually a nurse. I highly don’t recommend. Been here for a year and change trying it out and still the Services here are still poor. Been changed multiple times with psychiatrist and therapist yet no growth. They don’t have same consistent workers working here and you can see that the workers here don’t like the job themselves. Front desk have attitude, will make you wait long, one of them body shame as well. They are very strict with the lateness but they never start according to schedule either. If a worker is telling you personally that they have been doing there job for years and left this place in less than about 3 months should tell you that this isn’t a the right nor fit environment for you. The best staff. They practice with there hearts. Dr.Hernandez he will take care of you. No matter who you are. He listens to your case and pin points your problem. Even though the wait time is long but you need to understand you can’t have everything meaning once you’re with him all focus is on you. He will not rush you out because he has a line waiting. You’re not just a number on a list you’re his patient and you matter. I highly recommend him he was recommended to me. Finally I have a MD who listens...
