I had lunch at my favorite spot today. I love visiting this place because of its friendly staff and reasonable prices. However, today, I noticed something different.

After finishing our meal, we decided to try some sweets. When I asked the counter lady about the price, she overpriced the item, quoting $3 instead of its actual price of $1. Additionally, I ordered kebabs, assuming they were fish, but they turned out to be chicken. Realizing my mistake, I immediately apologized and requested piyaju instead. Unfortunately, the lady seemed upset and even expressed her frustration to the next customer behind me, which was disheartening. So I didn't ask for any appetizer from her.

During the final bill, the manager charged us the correct price, which I truly appreciated. The food quality was satisfactory (9/10), except the beef liver curry. It was smelly. If incidents like overpricing and staff showing visible frustration continue, it might discourage customers from returning. I understand that some customers may mistreat employees, but letting that affect their behavior toward well-mannered customers...
