Over the phone, one of the staff members was friendly—even though she made a mistake on pricing, her warm attitude encouraged me to give the place a chance and walk in. Unfortunately, that changed quickly once I arrived.

The person at the front desk lacked professionalism and seemed more focused on rushing me out than helping. It wasn’t about the money—I left and paid in full for laser treatment at another spot just 20 minutes later. It was about the experience.

I came in for a consultation because this is my face—I need to know who will be working on me and feel confident in their care. Instead, the front desk began suggesting services and prices without involving a technician. If I’m going to invest in myself, I want to spend my money somewhere I feel welcomed and respected.

This review isn’t a reflection of the entire staff, but that first encounter matters. A gracious and professional introduction could have made all the difference. I honestly felt like I was having my flaws pointed out by a stranger rather than being genuinely cared for.

I had a wonderful experience at GoldenTouch Spa for a facial and eyebrow shading. The spa was exceptionally clean and had a very relaxing ambiance. After the facial, my face looked so clean and refreshed, and I’m really happy with how my eyebrows turned out after the shading.
