I just had one of the best massages of my life with David. My friend and I swung by on a Saturday at 2pm with no reservation (which is why she likes this place). The place is clean and has plenty of chairs and rooms. We asked for 60 minute body massages and were seen immediately. We got naked under the towels, then our masseuses entered. They spoke English and Mandarin, occasionally chatting with each other. My masseuse, David, asked what firmness I wanted, and I said hard. And boy did he go to town. He spent the first 35 minutes on my back, working out my knots with his hands and arms. He was good at acknowledging and working through my tense areas without putting me through too much pain (just the right amount). He then spent the next 20 minutes on my legs, with extra emphasis on my gluts and hamstrings, which desperately needed some TLC. I’ve only had one other masseuse work my gluts that thoroughly, and they needed some love. He spent the last 5 minutes on my arms, hands (I could feel how strong his hands were), and neck. And I felt SO relaxed and limber afterward. They take credit card. They also have a loyalty card: one free visit after ten visits. They have a gift card offer (buy 5 hours, get 1 free; buy 10 hours, get 2 free) and incentivize Yelp and Google reviews. With massages at these prices, I will definitely return.

This place rocks! And they are open late. Four Seasons Spa is definitely not one of those scary looking massage parlors. Super clean. Not scary. Well decorated. Amazing staff. My husband and I stopped in for a 20 min foot massage at 8pm on a Saturday night before dinner in the neighborhood. Our foot massages were incredible. We were taken to another level of relaxation. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure!

This place is a fantastic new gem on the upper east side. The massage therapists really know what they’re doing, I have a shoulder issue and Hannah took such good care of me. I’m so excited and I will be back on a weekly basis!

I get a massage every week and like to try different places every once in a while. I saw the amazing reviews for Four Seasons Spa, so I thought I'd come check it out.

I called this morning to make an appointment. I was called back a few minutes later to push it off 30 minutes, not a big deal. I arrived a few minutes early to find out the AC was broken. Why wasn't I notified earlier or given a heads up?

I decided to wait a few minutes to see if the temperature was tolerable, it's decently hot outside. While I was there, the secretary and a masseuse were conversing pretty loudly and I was on the fence about staying at this point.

A few minutes after my (rescheduled) appointment was set to start, I was told the masseuse would be another 15 minutes (at least) and they could have one person start and she would come. So what was the point of scheduling an appointment? Personally, I do not enjoy when masseuses switch during the massage. At this point, between the heat, loud environment, and lack of respect for my time I left. No massage received so I can't comment on the quality of...

I’ve tried this place twice now due to its convenient location for me and never will again. The language barrier with the massage therapists is too much, they can’t understand any requests you have.

Both times I asked for a light pressure massage and received a painfully hard one despite requests to go lighter. I was left with bruising marks all over my back after this “light” massage. I sent the staff pictures and they said this is a normal phenomenon. It is not normal. I get massages all the time and have never had any marks, especially when asking for a standard light pressure massage!

I actually tried to go back once more - the joke was on me. Another unpleasant massage. It was way too much pressure again and the massage therapist simply wasn’t skilled. I will say I’ve also been to the Columbus Circle location which although extremely noisy didn’t give a half...
