Green Windows, Inc — Local services in New York

had 3 windows installed by this company in 2003, within 2 years i was having issues. the rubber around the window was separating, they were drafty, one of the handles, (i had casement windows) broke, i couldnt open the windows all the way because if i did, they'd get stuck. ive since replaced them, and when the installers removed them, i was told there was NO insulation at all. i do not recommend this company at all, they do not have quality product.

Before i had written my review, i had called and spoke to a gentleman, whos name i dont remember. He told me that in 2003 he wasnt the owner, and it was someone else who had owned the store. The reason you cant find my name, is because "d stiles" is not my name. Thats the name i use on email. I believe when i had called i had given my name and address, and i also told him i was 1 of 3 owners who had windows installed by this company. I no longer have the paperwork from 2003. But my 2 neighbor's may have the paperwork....

We are very satisfied with their service. We were renovating only our second floor and wanted to replace doors and windows only on 2nd floor. Mike from green windows gave us really nice advise to replace only balcony door which was really old and not energy efficient and keep the windows that needed only lubrication (they were replaced not long ago and were energy efficient, after lubrication we've realized that we didn't really want to get rid of them). He did not push like many other companies do: to replace doors and windows on our 1st & 3rd floors; next year we are planning to replace them again with green windows, since we are very happy with their installation and service. Our next door neighbor who happened to be walking by as they were installing the door, also ordered...

High quality products and excellent work!

We hired Green Windows, Inc. to replace 2 old leaking windows and a patio door in Aug 2024. Michael took all the measurements and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. The crew came to do the installation exactly at the time agreed. The job was completed in 2 days as promised and everything was done perfectly. The windows and the door installed were of excellent quality. We are very pleased with the service we got from Green Windows, Inc. and Michael.
