We got this Christmas tree for $110. It's very symmetric and beautiful and fresh. Bought it on Dec 13 and it still doesn't shed. Compared to the tree we got last year for $75, that's a steal. The lady at the counter had a difficult to understand accent but she was nice and even gave me a rose as a compliment to the purchase. The rose is still fresh as well, although it's been 10 days. My birthday is in two weeks, and I'm already winking at my husband so he knows where to shop for bouquets and plants ;)

Their customer serves sucks !!!! they should fire that chinese lady she was yelling at us !!! paid money for maid of honor bouquet and it wasn't fresh !!!!!!! she screaming and cursing at me cuz i told her it wasn't fresh !!!!!! never ever i will go back there!!!!! hopefully they will fire that lady !! rude rude rude !!!! how you ever see bridesmaid having not fresh flowers, i think fake flowers would be so much better!

Bought some white roses for my sister and was told flowers were fresh, my sister sends me photos the next day with many pedals just fell off and some roses were completely gone...it is not alright to give your customers flowers that are already dead....this was the second time this happened so no review of the first time...I tried giving them the benefit of doubt and they proved the point.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I walked in & there was a mid aged Asian lady who was too busy watching a movie on her laptop to greet the customers. I smiled at her & she rather got annoyed & very upset at me for distracting her. I described what I was looking for & she gave me a death stare. Confused and shocked; I politely asked her if she understood what I was looking for. She got extremely loud at that time & asked me "what do you even want?" That is when I had it and I suggest she should give attention to her business & walked out. I live two blocks away but I definitely know I will never be...

My first time going to this place after unique flowers gave me bad attitude when I spend a lot of money there. So I decided to try tzar flowers and the lady in there was very nice . But the flowers quality was WOWwww!!! Same rose in a different store cost 5$ and tsar charges me 3$. The bouquet I got look soooo gorgeous . I should have used them all there years. From now i know where to go . And they are the only ones they open late!!!!! 10:30 pm . So professional,Top quality, and great service and wow prices . Well...
