Avenue x Bagels Deli — Restaurant in New York

(I am a top 10% Google Reviewer) This was a very busy take-out and delivery place with a Grade A for cleanliness and a 5 Star rating on Google. They do have seating for 8 people - one table and a bar across the front window, so if you have a large family gathering, ask them to cater. The menu was huge, fresh, and served all day long, but they close at 5, so don't dawdle, or you will miss out on their fresh and fantastic food and courteous service. (**I posted photos of their largest menu, which has no prices, but I wanted people to see all of the choices. Prices are listed on chalk boards and others have contributed photos of those boards.) They offer delivery through Grub Hub with $10 off your first order, but if you are looking to deliver for them, the family of this family-owned deli pretty much has the corner on the market, I think. Used to be my favorite go to spot for breakfast and lunch. Some employees that have left and ever since this store has went downhill. Have noticed slight mistakes for a while and after today Ive given up hope.Just placed an order for delivery and every single item that i ordered has been messed up. Got iced coffee instead of regular coffee, missing my chips, lox sandwich has single slice of lox and paid extra for capers but got a single caper on the entire sandwich. And the worst thing is, tried calling the store and their phone number is disconnected. Sad to realize that what used to be a great spot has turned...

My family and I have loved this bagel spot for years!!

Whenever we come, we order food for the whole family. The bagels, sandwiches, and salads are always made to our liking. This is the only place I know that will take so many orders and ALWAYS get it right. The bagels are so fresh and warm every single time.

I am beyond pleased every time because they have sooo many options and no matter what I pick, it’s always so tasty and filling.
