Yesterday 7/28/18 i was shocked by what customer experience i had in this store. I love this store and many years once in a while i was purchasing stuff from this store. This time i spent nearly 2 hours and filled up my cart completely with all kind of stuff - once i have approached register the cashier seemed to be nice and while i was taking items from the card she was scanning them and putting them in PAPER BAGS and was putting them on the floor next to the register. The total came out roundly to $500. I have lifted all of the bags from the floor that i saw and put them to the cart to transport it to my car. I live around 40 min of drive from the store . Once i got home i decided to do audit of what i purchased and started to check mark pulling stuff from the bag with stuff listed on receipt. Once i have done i noticed that 30% of small item i have purchased are not in the bag and i realized that i some how left it in the store. I was deliberating if i should go back to the store or just eat it and forget whiting it off as my mistake. Few minutes after my friend came over and he wanted something from that store as well - we decided to go back in to the store. Once we arrived there was a different cashier but i still asked him if they saw my bag, he was nice and told him that he saw some bag but he doesn't know where it is and after asking other clerks for the bag they decided to call their manager - telling me that probably he knows and called him through intercom. I was waiting for nearly 5 minutes manager didn't come , they called him again and another 10 minutes passed - they noticed that i'm patiently waiting and called him again - manager didn't show any sign of existence. After few minutes more my patience ran out and i asked cashier nicely to where i should go look for him and cashier told me to go all the way to the back and his room is on the right behind the mirror glass. I went there - found the door and after knocking gently 3 times entered the door. I noticed the manager talking with some one on the phone, once he noticed me - he immediately started to scream at me to close the door and get out from this room. I was shocked but didn't answer back to him and walked out. I was standing outside of the office for 5 min and then this hostage of his position came out and with out excusing and asking why i'm there -decided to continue his path and gave me a lecture that he is a big boss and that he dont know where my stuff at and that he dont even want to help me . He told me that if i left stuff - it considered to be no longer mine - Told me that he will not look in the cameras and told me to get lost. I was very shocked by his managerial behavior and gave him few F* words, he returned me this words out loud as well in front of all customers who were shopping. He called security and asked to escort me out of the building. I cold not leave it as is and decided to call for police. Police came with in 20 minutes and i have told them what happened, they told me to stay outside and went inside. In 5 minutes they came out with PLASTIC BAG with all of my stuff that were missing. Notice - PLASTIC BAG - NOT PAPER BAG in which they originally put my stuff in and that is after that that manager didn't even see my receipt where i marked missing items. You decide what criminal scheme this manager has together with some cashiers , because he didn't help me as a manger as he supposed to - he was talking to me like im the guy who came to claim what already belongs to him and he was defending his prey. ALL OF THE PEOPLE SHOOING IN THIS PARTICULAR STORE - WATCH carefully that clerk putting your stuff in the bag and then straight in your cart and not behind cashier table. especially people who buy a lot of stuff. After getting home and reviewing my receipt I noticed few more charges that no one even asked me that i want it - They charged me for 2 years warranty on some items and...
Read moreI have shopped here for years and never had a issue really great customer service.. untill today I had a flatbed truck parked inside the lot not blocking anyone and went inside to buy some things.. I was approached by a security guard and told me if I can hurry up and move the truck. I I comply respectfully and went to the front to finish my purchase but had a line so I waited .. I went to register 4 at 1:08 pm 3/9/2024 to buy my item and the supervisor right next to made a announcement to move my vehicle.. I told her it was mines and I'm leaving now while the cashier at reg 4 had the money in her hand.. the supervisor raised her voice me demanded me to move my vehicle but I have to wait to get my change instead she attempted to cancel my transaction because I told her are you serious? . She replied yes very aggressive and I told.her okay you have a great day..and ignored her.. supervisors should be a example and know how to handle situations.. not create a scene and hold up her own line to be confrontational.. I will be reporting to corporate office . I was very upset and forgot to get her name. But she has a supervisor tag and is working next to reg 4 ... I will contact corporate office regarding this.. the lady at reg 4 she was great and friendly and see her fit to be a supervisor versus the supervisor working...
Read moreWorst experiance ever. I usually buy from online store but today I decided to take a 40 min drive and visit the store. The manager Henry Agramonte very disrespectful person. He basically kicked me out of the store with refusing to let me pay for my merchandise. It all started when I was looking for sand blasting kit that I didn't see on the shelf. So I asked him if it's in stock, he said wait and when I turned my back it was on the top of the shelf. He got very upset that I was trying to grab the product while he told me to wait and he started to scream at me like I was a kid. I just replied " it's not that serious man" and walked away to register. He followed me and told me to go around the aisle to make a line, I said I will wait here because there was only one person in line and I didn't want to go all around. He said if I won't go around he will refuse to service me and he went to all registers to tell them that I can't pay for my products in cart. He escalated the situation for no reason and later ordered me to leave the store. Definately I will never go back to this location. People in there are rude especially not expected this from...
