A great addition to the Gowanus area! Features Breakfast & Lunch sandwiches. My husband and I ordered the 19th St. Sandwich with Crispy Chicken, Roasted potato & Mayo and Sal’s Way with Crispy Chicken, Spicy Vodka Sauce & Smoked Mozzarella.

First off, the focaccia was soft and fluffy in the middle with crispy edges. So good. Both sandwiches had deliciously-blended flavors. The rosemary flavor for the 9th St. Sandwich was on point. Also, the sandwiches include a side of homemade thin potato chips. Note: these are big sandwiches that could be split between two people, depending on your appetite.

There are also some pastry, pasta, cannolis and drinks to choose from. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. The place is very clean with some indoor seating. Looking forward to coming back...

This place is amazing! I ordered today's special (Calabrese) and can't stop telling everyone who will listen how it's the best sando I've had in ages. Super fresh ingredients (spicy salami, roasted red peppers, mozz, and arugula on the lightest focaccia that balances crunch with spongy goodness. Bonus: it's big enough to share and comes with house-made potato chips. Will be back often to work my way through the menu--everything looks delicious. I normally love this shop, but was very disappointed by my experience today. I ordered a Perfect Match sandwich and collected it at the store, only to find out later that there was no arugula. I went back to the store and mentioned it was missing from the sandwich, and asked if they could add it. They said their delivery never arrived, so there was nothing they could do. If a key ingredient is missing, this should be communicated up front when someone is ordering…and perhaps substitute for another ingredient.
