If I could give zero stars, I would. My recent experience at the Hugo Boss store was beyond disappointing. My wife bought me a $800 tuxedo as a gift, but unfortunately, it didn’t fit. When I tried to return it, I was met with shocking hostility from the store manager. This person was not only unhelpful but outright rude and disrespectful. The store manager’s behavior was vile, aggressive and nasty, reflecting a severe lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. This individual was not just rude but came across as uneducated, probably didn’t even have a GED, and had an attitude that was absolute garbage. His condescending and offensive demeanor made the whole experience utterly unbearable. It’s almost like lunatics are running the asylum. Interacting with this store is an exercise in exasperation, given their pervasive non-cooperation and abject incompetence. I will never shop at Hugo Boss again and strongly advise others to avoid this store if they value respectful and courteous treatment.

It looks like I’m not the only one who experienced the “don’t touch the clothes” warning at this Hugo Boss store, at Westfield World Trade Center. It was 5pm and the store was pretty much empty - I'm now wondering why. I had every intention of making a purchase, but the rude and unwelcoming attitude caught me off guard. In response, I simply said, “I promise I won’t touch anything else,” and walked out. Definitely not the kind of service I expected.

I entered Boss store in the mall by the memorial museum. I was welcomed warmly by Akida and the store manager (Charlie). Akida worked so hard to find me XXXL clothes as I suffer to find my size. He literally spent two hours working with me. I end up choosing 9 pieces (something rarely happen). The overall price was high so I pushed them to help. He worked with hos boss Charlie to get me a small discount. I highly recommend those guys

I am extremely disappointed with the sales associate's unprofessional behavior and poor customer service at this specific Hugo Boss store. My friend and I felt disrespected and discriminated against. It is crucial for Hugo Boss to assess their employees thoroughly.

While shopping for a belt, the sales associate made derogatory comments about my friend's English accent and displayed a condescending attitude. He even suggested that we leave the store if we didn't know how to shop at Hugo Boss.

It is disheartening that Hugo Boss would allow someone with potential mental instability and racist tendencies to work there and mistreat customers in such an irrational manner.

The sales associate's aggression towards us was distressing. We confronted him about his unacceptable verbal attack and decided to leave. Although we didn't get his name, he was a slim, bearded African American gentleman with long-ish Afro hair.

I hope sharing this experience will help others understand our unfortunate situation and prompt Hugo Boss to improve their customer...

Hugo Boss...OCULUS.

I wanted to buy a present for an X navy seal and purple heart. I knew he loved Hugo Boss and since I was walking through the OCULUS...an architectural masterpiece...I stopped in. Usually when u are older and wearing a Burberry rain coat and bespoke clothes and are shopping at stores with an EDGE, you are usually ignored unless you ask for assistance. SURPRISE..not the case here. The young man could not have been more accommodating. I asked if I could take some pictures and decide later....no problem and he was still very attentive. It was a long day and sadly I forgot the staffer's name but I checked the receipt and his cashier number is 315110. I worked at Neiman Marcus when it was NM during my medical training I know how tough retail is. This youngman was excellent and I just wanted to thank him and acknowledge his...
