How A Facial Changed My Life- The Jess Edition! All I can say is wow- ever since my facial with Jess I’ve been acting different. I walk with confidence, I speak with authority, my skin is plump and dewy and little birds and woodland creatures come to my window to greet me in the morning. A stranger actually assumed I was still in my 20's. Okay in all seriousness, this was the best facial experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked into the room, Jess had meticulously curated a vibe that instantly made me feel cozy and at peace. Her warm demeanor and attentive nature combined with her immense knowledge and understanding set the stage for the ultimate pampering and effective experience. I have wrinkles and pimples (worst of both worlds- this is 35!) and she didn't make me feel judged or self conscious at all. She just got to WORK. Her hands truly did the lords work on my masseter muscle. My nose is actually pore-less now. My skin is radiant and glowing. 10/10 will be back for more as soon as I come down from this...

Response: After I let the beautician know of the skin reaction, they checked with Virág about my regimen. I still can't believe I had to pay to train her successors and that you don't stand behind your services or products. It took several months for my skin to return to normal.

Earlier update: Virag's successors are lovely but after my first treatment with them I developed a rash that's still being treated by my dermatologist. My face has never looked this bad. Unlikely that I'll be back or buy another toner here because it irritated my skin and they didn't take it back or replace it with another product. I really miss Virag. My face was always glowing, smooth, very calm after her facials. The one plus is that they did not raise their prices during the pandemic.

One Word: Sasha. I have been working on my problem skin for over a decade. I didn't want to use anymore harsh chemicals and medications, I was also concerned about finding someone who knew how to address issues specific to African American skin. So I thought I would give Ildi a shot. Sasha is a magician! it's been about 2 months since my Deep Cleansing Facial (I wanted to give it some time before I did a review so I could see the full effectiveness of my service) Since my facial I have had MAYBE 1 pimple since then. Sasha is also very knowledgeable. She really gave me great advice on products that I can use and they have all worked wonderfully. She's detailed, she doesn't rush it, she takes her time. I had kind of given up on my skin but she gave me the gentle kick in the pants I needed. I will Definitely be heading back.
