I would say if you’re a minority or a person of color. This wouldn’t be a great option. They were very aggressive towards me and kept staring at me. I love my Hispanics and my boyfriend is Hispanic so this is not coming from a place of spite but the entire store was full of Hispanic women, and they were judging me the entire time as I was folding my clothes and they were very aggressive with me, they also tried to rush me out the store and kept snatching my cart away every time I was done with it honestly it’s my first time being at a laundromat in a while because the one I have at home just broke and I don’t plan on coming back here. It made me feel less human and from woman to other woman out there. I definitely have been crying about it for a while because we have to go through a lot, and it did make me hate the world a little bit more as I’m on my bed typing this I tried to keep it all inside and I just kept smiling at them, on the bright side prices were very fair and very affordable. I just didn’t feel as a customer and I would not recommend and you have had a different experience I would say you’re probably not a minority or a person of color if you are a Hispanic or white I bet you probably would feel much more welcome but this is just the case for me as Caribbean woman of color. And if that means anything to you or if you have also been this neighborhood for a long time, I wouldn’t give this place any business but that’s all much love, you would think in a time like this with what’s going on in the world and it being 2025 racism wouldn’t be as crazy and I feel to realize as a society it will never change… it makes it very hard to stand up for other people and come as a community when nobody likes you just for existing I can’t even wash clothes because I’m a darker complexion...
