Jaded Jewels inc — Local services in New York

To say I am devastated, is an understatement. I saw a ring made by this company and was looking to replace my wedding band set that was very old. I sent it to my husband and he ordered it. It claimed to be gold filled. I spent $180 on a ring set that immediately turned my finger green within a few days and that was without me washing my hands with it on or anything like that. My husband emailed the seller inquiring about a refund and we have yet to receive any email back. That was at least a week ago. On top of that it took over a month for me to receive it but to be honest, I was willing to deal with the wait just because I was so in love with the rings. Hopefully my husband hears back from them. Definitely feeling scammed right now.

In response to the owner: I’m not exactly sure how my review doesn’t make any sense. I feel as I explained pretty thoroughly. With that being said, I understand how fingers will turn green with FAKE jewelry. But what I’m saying is that it shouldn’t happen within a few days of wearing it especially if it’s not exposed to moisture. My husband requested a refund and offered to send the jewelry back and has not been contacted. I purchased a gold filled ring. I have other costume jewelry that I have had for years and have never had this happen so no, this is not normal. And to note, I’m not sure how you guys have been in business for 40 years with this type of customer service. I felt like Julia Roberts with the disrespect I experienced at this store every time I visited in the late 80's and into the 90's! They wouldn't tell me the name of the designer of the earrings I was enchanted with in their window and store!?! It took me 18 years (this was way before the internet!) to discover Diego Percossi Papi's name...Now I go to see him at his atelier in Rome and have the joy of buying his creations directly from the master and his enchanting wife without the bullshit attitude of the saleswomen that I encountered in Jaded.
