Taco King — Restaurant in New York

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I went in for a quick bite to eat for lunch. Not only did they screw up my order by giving me a messy chicken burrito instead of steak when they have a simple number system for ordering, but the food tasted terrible. The beans, meat, and cheese were dry as sand and they melted the cheese in the microwave for some odd reason. Nothing here seemed fresh and some pieces of the chicken and beans were too hard to even eat. The burrito was a huge mess and looked less like a Burrito and more like a big sloppy Taco. Needless to say I only had a few bites before tossing the whole meal into a bush and I'll be sure to never step foot in there again. If your looking for a quick bite there is a McDonald's right next door, other than that I'd recommend going to taco bell or just plain old starving before even thinking about getting food here. This place has the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I placed an order and paid for my food and I was running late to pick it up, I was only an hour late when the lady told me she threw my food out and began yelling at me. If I didn’t pay for the food, then i understand but I had paid for the food so why would she throw it out after only an hour? She got her money so what’s it to her? They don’t speak nicely nor do they answer your questions properly. The only good thing about this place is their food. Service is trash and attitude is even worse. For a takeout spot, they need to work on their customer service skills. She even told me if I wanted the food, it’s in the garbage. Horrible...

They finally updated this establishment after a long time of looking very very ghetto but when you walk in and looks much brighter with nicer desk and chairs however the food and restaurant are still lacking in many ways. I ordered a burrito and they didn't wrap it it came sort of like a taco in a soft shell so everything was everywhere and it was impossible to eat. I reached for the Sriracha hot sauce and found that it was water down so much that it barely resembled hot sauce and was a light pink color. I mean I was hoping for a mediocre meal but ended up getting the worst Mexican meal ever I would definitely...
