King Aesthetics — Local services in New York

Makes me so sad to leave this review because I have been going to king Aesthetics for years with someone else and then a year with Rose, Never cancelled my appointments always showed up on time. But recently this last week I had a appointment I made a month ago I usually don’t do this but she encouraged me to. the week of the appointment I don’t receive a email or text confirming the appointment. I am the one who contacted her and was a told my appointment was the next day. I wasn’t able to make it that appointment day so instead I rescheduled via text with her assistant. Next day I see I am charged 50$ I was confused because I rescheduled my appointment not cancelled. I also never put a card on file for the purpose of cancellation fees no signed authorization. When I inquired about the charge, Rose was nasty saying how this leaves gaps in her schedule and I should understand that. Yes i do understand however I rescheduled the appointment in the afternoon the day BEFORE not same day. She said she can’t refund me but would use it towards the balance. But by then I was so turned from her lack of customer service skills, how she was texting me, no accountability on how she may have messed up in the situation and no consideration. I go to her every 4 months and spend money, again never late never cancelled. I would rather go somewhere I am valued and treated kindly.

I can say with confidence Rosie is one of the most knowledgeable & skilled injectors I've ever been to. I've gotten injections from plastic surgeons, med spas, & nurses who only work in general medicine. But I see why R.N.s w/ reconstructive surgical experience are the best injectors in every way possible. I really can't say enough positive things about my experiences being treated by Rosie. Regarding her business practices in general she's very fair & upfront w/ pricing and what's needed to achieve desired result (no surprise fees or charges). Rosie's flat out honest about what results you can expect & has an excellent eye for what's best aesthetically pleasing for your unique face shape/structure. I love her no nonsense approach. She skips thru any B.S. and is all about amazing results & passion for her work. If you're on a budget (who's not?) Rosie makes excellent recommendations for a plan going forward to maintain results & stay within my budget (i.e. areas I can get away with only treating 2x a year vs every 3 months). Overall I've been very impressed with Rosie's professionalism, skills, & knowledge. I love her confidence as instead of upselling or pushing more treatments, Rosie seems to make her work & results speak for themselves.
