The best discovery ever!!!!!!!!! I've been coming back for more and more spa treatments (including the brazilian wax). I come here several times a year, I live in New Jersey so it's not always easy to get to Manhattan, but its well worth the money and effort to drive up there. Every time I go there it's just my time to recline, I always feel at home and sanctioned there. I just recently received a gift certificate for my birthday and got an OPI gel polish manicure and let me tell you it stayed on for nearly 2 weeks. I was so ecstatic.The lady doing my manicure was so sweet and was super engaging in the conversation.

I also got a Jelly Peddi which is one of my favorites!!!! Because my feet feel so soft and relaxed after.

Also, my skin is not the best and I tend to break out on my face a lot. My facial skin has a mind of its own and it fluctuates time after time. In the winter my face is dry and in the summer season my face gets oily and breaks out in the most random places. So for my acne in the summer I come get the Deep Pore Cleansing facial. After I get that done I notice less and less breakouts and the oiliness vanishes. For the winter I get the european facial it just rejuvenates my skin and it feels soft and pampered.

This is the only place where I get my eyebrows threaded because I only trust them, they know what they're doing. My eyebrows are thick and full and they know exactly what I like and i never had any skin reactions no problematic things come along. They use the most natural products for my skin and I like to buy their products so I can use them at home as well.

I love to get my mom gift certificates to this place because she can't get enough of their massages her favorite is the 90 minute Fusion massage. Best place to get it!!!!! You get your money's worth at this place definitely ! Everyone in my family goes to this place, it's friendly, sanitary, and beautiful!!

Their packages are great and their deals are wonderful, come by this place and make your loved one keep coming back...

I didn't have a great experience at Dyanna for a Brazilian, unfortunately. The website says you'll be given a consultation for determining the best wax for your type of skin, but this wasnt offered. I had to ask a few times to clarify that they did waxing for sensitive skin.

The aesthetician also came and went from the room a few times during the wax, and my legs were open towards the doorway. She did her best to close the door quickly after her, but it was pretty uncomfortable, and I wish I'd had a towel or something to cover while the door was open.

They also don't do any plucking after the wax, which is usually standard, and they didn't clean off the leftover wax. The aesthetician said I could help myself to some oil if I "felt sticky" - which, of course I did. I was still covered in wax.

Then they said the first-time client deal ($25 for a Brazilian) didn't apply to the sensitive skin wax, which the aesthetician didn't warn me about. They said it's stated "clearly" on the website, but what it says is "Dyanna's Spa is so exited to welcome our first time clients with a $25 Brazilian wax (based on women's regular priced azulene wax formula)". It seems like you'd have to know what the "azulene formula" is to infer that the deal doesn't apply to other types of wax, which just wasn't clear to me. She did offer me 10% if I signed up to their mailing list.

Generally the front desk was impatient and unwelcoming, and the wax was only so-so. You can get way better...

3 stars for convenience and price; booking was easy, I got in without a wait and the price for full leg waxing plus Brazilian and underarms was under 100$ and took no more than 40 mins. Unfortunately, speed in service does not create the best quality finished product; I was left with several significant patches of hair. This was a last minute appointment and I'm not local so for the price and convenience (I had time to kill) it was an acceptable experience. If I lived in the area, I'd probably go to a different salon in the future.

I want to amend my original review; upon closer inspection I'm incredibly dissatisfied with the waxing I had. It was a definite rush job and no amount of care was taken to be at all thorough or gentle, my last waxing at a different salon was not nearly as painful. In my original review I was trying to be fair based on the price and the time it took, but the amount of hair left on my body is laughable. Both knees are covered, half my armpit and the entire length of my calf still have hair! I felt rushed out of the room afterwards and I wish I had taken the time to go over the results before I left because I definitely would have made them...
