If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought my iPhone 14 Pro to this location three months ago for a screen replacement and worked directly with Abid. Since then, my phone has had serious issues: the screen randomly shuts off, apps close unexpectedly, and it becomes unresponsive when tapping, texting, or calling. The battery drains within hours and the phone overheats excessively.

I had the worst experience with this phone service provider. They claim to offer top-notch service, but that couldn’t be further from the truth!

We brought in a fully functional phone(iphone 14 pro) with just a cracked screen, expecting a simple fix or replacement. Instead, we got back a phone with NO screen at all!
